Sonic Drive-in

Food is usually pretty good. I don't order the popcorn anything or wings anymore. You get more fried batter then you do meat. Anyway, this Sonic is poorly managed at best. I'm not sure how they retain their franchise agreement. More order boards then not are broken. The screens don't work or the credit card slot is broken and or missing. The staff is young adults. They do try their best to give great service. This sonic needs a new owner or a corporate intervention.

The food here is always hot, delicious and fresh. The only thing I do not like is the coffee. It is a quality brand however it doesn't taste right. It reminds me of a pot that needs cleaning. Having worked in restaurants, I know what that taste like. I would love to be able to enjoy the coffee with my food.

My luck at this sonic has not been good... usually their is a equipment malfunction, not enough help, and the help that's threre are clueless. Today was a equipment malfunction, not their fault, but the resulting chaos was....long story short...my food was cold and soggy...all the ice in my drinks were melted...and I still paid half price for this garbage.

App won't let me order it's been screwed up all week.... call and employee says we can't take order's over the phone. Won't give me the app discount and won't let me speak with a manager and hangs up on me... then won't answer when I call back.... teenager's with no respect and no work ethics.. rather hang out outside with boys and play around than work... ridiculous

Placed an order on the mobile app and get back to the hotel with the food and realize part of the order is wrong and missing the condiments I'd ordered. By the time I got back up there to ask for sauces the food was cold. I politely asked the carhop to remake the chili cheese tots part of the order because they're nasty when cold. He comes back out and says his manager said to tell me "he ain't remaking them because they'll come out of his check." Then the manager comes out to reinforce his stance and I said, that's fine, I'll reorder and pay again because I'm not eating cold food because they forgot to fill my order correctly. Haha, jokes on me. They returned the same chili cheese tots that I brought back up there, reheated in the microwave, and charged me again for them. Oh, and at the time of writing this review, I pulled a long hair out of my breakfast burrito and no one in my family has long hair. Customer service in the mobile app were helpful in getting the original order refunded but could not help me with the 2nd order because it hadn't posted yet when I called back in the 2nd time.
