Mcdonald's

It is like all McDonald's fast food restaurants. Which is not a bad thing, the consistency is what I value in a franchise. I got breakfast here and the drive-thru line moved fairly quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful . The pancakes are not bad but also not great. The pancakes looked good but the the first bite of disappointment gave way to the taste of mediocrity.

I grew up coming here (who hasn’t ) but tonight was the WORST experience for any service at any fast food restaurant. As soon as the kids and I walked in we heard yelling amongst the employees who seemed to all be young teenagers. 2 of them walking out in front of us , literally . While in shock of what’s going on we continually stood there nearly 10 min while workers kept arguing amongst themselves loud where everyone can hear . We had 4 employees look at us while standing waiting to order, I even politely smiled and said we would like to order now . To which they all turned their backs. So needless to say we walked out . They need stronger /better management for sure!! I hate to post a negative review but it’s well deserved . Come on McDonalds of Decatur !! You’re better than this . The only thing to earn them one star is the French fries have always been good .

Not open 24 hours and if you place order after 11 PM they want you to pay cash 💰 caching!!! Reported multiple times to the brand but to no avail. This location is not open 24 hrs but even after multiple updates it reflects open 24hours. Nothing wrong in that but please don’t mess with hungry folks after 10PM!
