Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was actually very good. Fresh and good portions. Seems there is a push to use the touch screens to order yourself. Spent 10 minutes trying to figure these out and then they had an error and we had to order the old fashioned way in the end. Seemed like more of a hassle than it was worth.

I go here often because I liked taco bell. This is the worst place. I have returned my order 4 different times. My tacos barely have anything in them its really really bad. Supposed to be Supreme tacos.

Worst experience ever if I could give them less stars I would, everything we ordered was a total of 25 dollars and they got everything wrong I paid for 5 things ended up with 7 things 2 things I didn't need and they forgot one of my tacos and gave me sauce for a taco but not the taco. All the tacos and burritos were suppose to be chicken instead they were all beef. Service was horrible waited 20 minutes in the drive though, the drive through lady had her hands in her pants. Our food wasn't wrapped so we had lettuce and cheese in put bag. Needless to say won't be going back.

My husband and I waited in a very long line for 45 minutes. No big deal we really wanted Taco Bell and it’s that time it usually is busy. However we were handed the wrong food and before I could tell my husband it was wrong he drove out of the line. I asked him to pull up so I could quickly run inside and exchange what was missing in our order. The dining room was locked so I knocked which an employee saw me. I knocked again and I pointed to my bag and said not mine. They shrugged their shoulders and shrugged me off. That’s when another two girls also walked up and they tried to help me get their attention. 3 employees stood in my sight and looked at me and ignored me. My husband took our bag and walked around to the drive through window and that’s when the manager on duty tried to hand us another order that was not ours. My husband explained it wasn’t what he ordered. The manager told my husband to get back in the 45 minute line and wait again for our order. We had two hungry children and we decided to just take our original order we tried to have corrected (which wasn’t enough to feed our family) and left. Mistakes are okay. But just fix them without putting the customer through more grief. I wasn’t upset until I was ignored and dismiss “like oh well”. Just fix it. I have already submitted my complaint to corporate.

Typical Taco Bell food but the employees at this location are always fast and friendly. At the last visit out order got messed up and they replaced it all.

Meat was cold in my soft taco at 830 at night never have got food always cold when I get it

Didn't get all items that I paid for. I can't stand having to deal with missing items, especially, when you don't have one near me.
