Wife and I stayed here back in mid may of 2020. At first I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness at all as I arrived extremely late at night. However upon discussing the issue with management they took care of us right away at no extra expense she did a great job in taking care of us. I can't recall her name but great job to the floor manager.

Samantha, Jess and Natalie were amazing during our stay for a work trip. Bed was comfy, and was not stuffy as they have high ceilings. The air units are a bit noisy but aside from that, the stay was good. All the staff was super friendly and courteous which made our stay more enjoyable. Location was good as far as food choices. It is a bit far from the convention center but with the buses running all the time it was never an issue. My only recommendation is that the hotel replaces all the air units.

Stayed here for an anniversary and we were treated like royalty! The service was fantastic from the front desk, to the phone, to being ushered through the club to the elevator, they left us a nice gift in the room for our arrival and hung balloons! Of course had a great time at the club ! The room was awesome chic and modern with a great shower!

First and foremost the staff were amazing. They were all very helpful, and very professional. People complain about the night club but I didn't hear it, mostly because I was IN THE CLUB. For real the noise wasn't noticeable, but why would you stay here if you weren't going to party? Club is a nice spot I enjoyed the party. My room was clean, bed was comfy, shower was hot. Everything was exactly as it should be. Will definatly stay here again.

Amazing service and amenities! I love the fruit infused water waiting for me at the first floor. What a relief after a long day of travelling! The service was outstanding before I even walked into the building! I wish I could remember the young man at the valet area because he was just so accommodating and welcoming to me!

Stayed on a Thursday night. Perfect stay. Staff was super friendly, especially Kristin who will one day run that place. Rooms are clean and neat. Location could not be better, the only time you’ll see your room is when you come back and pass out from all the shopping and activities out your door. Near 4 dispensaries, all with fair prices. I wasn’t at the hotel Friday or Saturday which I hear can be a little intense, but I plan on giving it a try next month when I’m back for more. Coffee shop is a huge bonus and the coffee girl was super nice as well. Love this place.

When we showed up a few hours early to find parking and maybe put our bags somewhere before a bball game we were in town for, Layla greeting us immediately. She was amazing. I do not use that word freely. She was welcoming, helpful, and just wonderful at her job. She helped us find parking, got us early check in to store our bags, and offered to take the bags to the room while we went to our event. She was polite and funny. Even took pics of our group in the frame downstairs. We will stay here every time we go to Denver. When we showed up later that night there was another gentle that helped us. At this point we all had a few cocktails so his name fails my memory. However- he was also wonderful fun and helpful. We had a terrible experience the night before at a Residence inn and had a sour taste because of it. But your beautiful hotel and staff turned it all around. So thank you!!!!!

In terms of the typical club scene, this place does better than most. The talent here could even be called "professional" at times. It really took the edge off for the girls and guys who are wrapped a bit too tightly. Even though i don't frequent this type of place, I had an enjoyable time. Bouncers were friendly, bartenders did well, and the drinks were actually pretty good. The aesthetics were nice too
