This is the best Domino’s Pizza outlet in Derby, all members of the staff team are super friendly,. We order from here all the time. Swift delivery, always arrives piping hot and always correct with generous toppings (we have very specific order requirements) tonight looks like WE made a mistake with one of our pizzas (my girlfriend allergic to cheese), although we always order with no cheese tonight looks like a mistake on our part! Rang up to see what they could do and after speaking the manager he agreed to send out a replacement - amazing customer service and saved our night! Many thanks and be ordering again very soon!

Staff could sound a bit more enthusiastic. They always seem like they could bite your head off at any moment but my pizza has always been on time and my food is always warm. Tried to order today and had a very rude person on the phone. Got my postcode wrong 5/6 times. Didn't sound like he had a clue what he was doing which is not reassuring to a customer. When I said I'd leave it. He said what do you mean leave it in a threatening manner. I told him I didn't want to order. Stop hiring chavs and people with zero manners it's awful.
