Subway

I came to this Subway Friday the 25th after a long, tired day hungry, and ready to feed my kids and rest, so I ordered 5 subs mine and my boyfriends being 2 footlongs outta 3 footlongs. I finally make it home after my Lyft ride after spending 50 dollars on subs and look through the bags anticipating my steak and cheese on Flatbread and too my surprise and anger they weren't in the bags, I even called back up to this Subway and the lady says no, no subs up here. I know they were there because my Lyft driver didn't have them in his car. I was so mad, but this is a warning guys to always check your bags before leaving food establishments, especially this one!

I will not be spending money here again. Although the staff were very friendly and the place was clean the food was not fresh. It was edible, sure, but it was not fresh. It was a pretty hot day so I don't expect the veggies to be cool and crisp but I ordered a footlong spicy italian and a six inch steak and cheese, loaded with veggies, and both of my subs tasted like they were at least a day old. It was mostly the bread and the veggies that was distinctly off. I think it's disrespectful to the community you serve if you dont have fresh food sitting out at a restaurant with the slogan "Eat Fresh." Also, they had freshly baked cookies sitting in the back but had the more stale ones on the shelf, which also tasted old. Great customer service but not fresh food.

Female employee open packages of cheese with her bare hands no gloves on, I ask are you not suppose to wear gloves when handling any food idem,she started I wash my hands that's all she has to do,but put on a pair of gloves to make the next person in line sandwich,spoke with the manager and all he said was he will speak with her
