I really thought I was tripping when I took a bite into my chicken nugget and realized it was not done and it was undercooked so I started opening each single one them and I couldn’t believe that they had gave me uncooked chicken nuggets. If you hungry don’t go here go where your money is going to get valued.

Asked for a quarter pounder sandwich to be made fresh with extra quarter onions, and pickles with no bun. I get a bun. Sandwich was sloppy. No extra onions or pickles. They even pulled me up and my food still wasn't prepared correctly. My lunch is only 30 minutes...it took that amount of time to make it through the line.

I am so happy that back open on the inside again. How are used to be here so much I called it in my office. The people here always are friendly courteous professional, and the food is always hot and fresh. Never seen an issue where a problem was it was off. Especially with the app issues. All along a great place., And the manager Robin is the best and has been here for quite a while. Always friendly helpful courteous and cheerful.

I live in the area and every single time I come to this location my order is never right. Fries is always cold and when I ask for fresh fries, I get fries that was already made that has been dropped back in the grease. They can not tell me that they are fresh because I have worked at Burger King and Wendys and I am aware of the tricks. The dark skinned older manager needs to be fired as well, her attitude and the way she manages is horrible. This location will never improve

I swear to god im about to pull my hair out I placed my order 9:46 it is now 11:17 well by the time I’m posting this 11:20 and the car infront of me has been waiting for their food for the last 30 minutes I PLACED MY ORDER ONLINE AT 9:46pm this is ridiculous it’s 11:21pm now there were only 4 cars in front of me when I pulled it this location is garbage and will never order food for my brother at the specific location again all he ordered was 2 mic chickens and a 20 piece it’s almost been 2 hours McDonalds corporate will never get a penny from me or my family again
