Wendy's

I come to this location at least 3 times during the work week getting here by 7:20 and they are never open except when Christian (drives a red car) is there. He is always friendly and prompt and the store actually be open. When he is not there its a girl there who never takes orders. The menu outside is lit up meaning the store is open. I usually will sit there for a minute and blow my horn but she never takes any orders. Once i drive up to look into the store I see her walking around. If the store opens at 6:30 she should be taking orders and serving costumers.

Visited this restaurant on 5/17/22 11:01 am. They had the most caring and compassionate staff I've seen in long time. Food for my beloved pet was giving first. They showed understanding of how I was that day being Brownie my 16 yr old Pitbull last morning (RIH) and Wendy's was his favorite burger so I got 3 for him. They made sure his Patty's were fresh and given to me before I got mine. They talked to him through window asking questions etc. They showed cared. Food was Kool for me I gave most mine to him. He enjoyed it which was my purpose that day. Thank you to Tarissa and her staff that morning. Y'all were exceptional.. Customer service was great. Food good. Will return soon.. Hope to see them ladies again to thank through window in person..

I think this place literally takes one order at a time at the drive through. Take customers order Make customers order Cash out customer Customer drives away Next customer places order They make that order Cash out the car and waits until the car drives away before taking the next order. 3 car wait took 17 mins. 🙄🙄🙄

I worked over 15 hours and decided to get a hot burger and rest. I got two double bacon classics meals and some other items. Bill was $20 bucks. I have food allergies and was exhausted. I asked for just lettuce tomato and mayo. I keep it basic because I am allergic to mustard and onions. I have a big bill and realized I did not get a receipt. Got home and could not eat a burger and the bacon that makes the sandwich a higher cost was just sad. To tired to go back and no receipt to call i was screwed. So disappointed. 😩
