Firehouse Subs

Came in at 9:06 to order dinner. There were still people inside eating and the door and Google both said the restaurant closed at 10. One girl started taking my order and another girl interrupted and said "we closed at 9". The girl who originally started taking my order told her that the door is still open, and I told her the hours show the store closes at 10. I left without dinner and told her you really should lock the doors if you're gonna close an hour early. Not sure what the girl's name was who decided to close early but it was on 5/28/22 right after 9pm at the Douglasville, GA location. I love Firehouse, but maybe talk to employees about closing early, and if they are being asked to close early by management, don't allow customers to walk in and literally start ordering before waiting to rudely tell them you're closed.

Very disappointed with my order and managements handling of my complaint!!! I received a cold, messy, soggy cheese steak sandwich with wheat bread that I didn't select. My order was also missing chips which was placed with the order. Management put all the responsibility on UberEATS and wasn't willing to accommodate me in any reasonable manner. They can't offer a refund, can't re- make and deliver because of a third party. So you get what you get from Firehouse, and let another company handle there mess up!!!

Good sub place to eat. We ordered a turkey club, hero sub and a Philly cheese steak and it was really good. They use real cane sugar in the tea. The sandwiches have plenty juicy meat on them and vegetables. The atmosphere was just like any other sub restaurant. I really enjoyed relaxing and enjoying our dinner while fellowshipping.

I absolutely love this place and the food! It is a tradition after church to come here and get one of those delicious sandwiches. If you are in the neighborhood looking for some good sandwiches head here. Skip subway! Nothing is fresh there! Eat here! It is worth your time and money and such great tasting food at reasonable prices! Great staff and great cooks! Let’s keep supporting an establishment that cares for our first responders!

Very professional young adults showing positive attitudes always cleaning the store also you get treated as if your the first and only customer their never have I had bad service or bad food the donations firehouse subs give are a tribute to the American firefighters I've never met a fireman or firewomen that was not as humble as humble could be 9/11 proved to the whole world who these people really are God bless you everyone !

The food here is great. If you like Subway or Jimmy John's, you'll love Firehouse. This location is clean, and everyone is friendly and helpful, but some of the sandwich makers seem a little under trained. The man making my sandwich dropped some of the meat when taking it from the steamer to the other side of the counter. Instead of replacing it, he continued on without it, leaving a quarter of my sandwich meatless. I suggest keeping an eye on the process while they make your food.
