Skyline Chili

Covid has ruined customer service here. Let's face it. The manager simply watched as tables were not cleaned, refusing to help the overwhelmed, young wait staff. Food sat undelivered, cheese melting and cooling on the 4 ways. Dogs and fries cold. How can fries be cold when made to order? They get 2 stars because the wait staff tried their best, while five people stood in the back and watched them struggle. Try harder! Skyline is better than this!

Have enjoyed going here, but the staff seems to change frequently, which leads to a combination of good and bad service each time we go. My father and I went, and it was okay. Nothing too special. I do not know if it is in their training manual, but they never ask if you want anything else after you order. My father likes to order the funnel fries to go, but wants to wait until the end because they make them if you ask while ordering your entree. Every server we have had (and frankly, at every skyline I have been to, with the exception of the one on Hilliard Rome Road) are quick to bring you the check, and get flustered when you say you want more. Hopefully they reopen the Hilliard location, I would much rather eat at that one.

The food here is great but it is in small portions. The service is good and the place is very clean. The waiter was always nice. Pricing is the down fall for this place. It is also in a very great location. The kitchen is very nice. The bathrooms were very clean and nice to wash hands in, The menus were very easy to read and know what to order. Overall a very great experience and I highly recommend anybody comes here to eat!!

I like this place normally and the food is always good, but today I witnessed the manager talking to a teenage worker about woman's rights and how they don't have any. If that wasn't bad enough he was not wearing a mask (while everyone else was), coughing over the food. If that's how they want to run their establishment that's fine, but personally I don't want to hear about political opinions nor do I want salavia all over my food during a pandemic. Will most likely never go here again.
