Blazin Cajun

Having been to New Orleans makes me wonder why the decor and furniture are from pallets. There slogan is if it’s not spicy it’s not Cajun. I ordered the shrimp PO boy and a pound of sausage in mild butter garlic sauce. The sausage dish by itself was good but as a Cajun dish NO. The sausage tasted like polish sausage and the garlic butter was too mild. I asked for mild thinking Cajun spicy would be too spicy for me. Andouille sausage is served in many Cajun restaurants but obviously not here. The PO boy tasted like those in New Orleans! It seems like the restaurant doubles as a Vietnamese restaurant.

Came here Saturday and Sunday (mothers day) and wasn’t disappointed. My mom loves the food here. Ryan is very helpful and made sure we were okay. Though I’m not a fan of the House Special sauce, their garlic butter is amazing. Cheaper than juicy crab, tastier, less crowded, and good atmosphere. Thank you for not being greedy with the amount of seafood y’all put in the seafood mix. :)

IF I Had READ THE 1-STAR REVIEWS, NO WAY WOULD I HAVE PATRONIZED THIS PLACE. THESE PEOPLE ARE (DECEPTIVE) WHICH SHOWS THE BAD REVIEWS HAVE BEEN PLACED IN A LOWER CATEGORY WHERE THE READER WILL OT NOTICE. YOU HAVE TO SCROLL DOWN. I was at this location on Monday, MAY 9, 2022. You have to use your phone to scan the menu. There are (no prices) on the MENU. We ordered two crab clusters. A total of four. One potato and one corn each. The bill came out to 101.50. I was shocked, angry and felt totally taking advantage of. The waitress there are accepting my complaint and gave me 20% off. This was still not good enough. I'm going to report this location to the Georgia Attorney General for Consumer Fraud.

If I have to go off of the food, I’d give it a 10… WHEN they pay attention. If I have to go off of management’s customer service… 1 star This chick who claims to be the manager, was very unprofessional and lack customer service skills. I placed my order as usual. I asked for NO HEAT as I always do because I can not tolerate heat. I never had an issue until she (manager-black girl ) took my order. She put medium heat despite of me advising I don’t do heat . We picked my order up and picked up my husband and my son’s food, we head home only to realize my food is spicy and my tongue is burning. First she was rude when she took my order, secondly, she was rude when I called regarding my incorrect order. She had the nerves to ask me have I ever had that sauce before. Only every time I eat here.. Dumb ditsy chick. Anyway, she told me she can take the food, and add the BUTTER garlic sauce to it to take the heat off. I told her that will not work as last time they messed up my order they tried that and it did not work. I said I will just take a refund. She says Oh as long as majority of the food is still there. DUHHHH I can NOT eat it. I ate one shrimp and bit the corn once. They have definitely loss a customer here. I won’t return. Customer service is EVERYTHING and where it lacks, I refuse to frequent. I’ll spend my coins elsewhere like Louisiana shack or Crab Hut! The food is also banging

It was my first time checking this place out and I am positively surprised by my experience. Service was lovely and prompt albeit it was pretty dead due to it being a weekday night. Food was a good value for the price and certainly met my expectations. The Blazin Cajun seasoning is not spicy so anyone can enjoy it. Overall, I would totally come back again; it was a great experience and perfect date night if you enjoy getting your hands dirty !

Love this place! I've never gotten bad service here! Just good vibes, good drinks, and good food! I've had to limit myself from coming here because at one point I was getting it at least twice a week! I love the Blazin flavor in my mixed sea food bag! And the creamy dipping sauce is good on everything!
