Burger King

They are understaffed, but they are trying their best to fulfill every order in a timely manner! I stopped by earlier to pick up a delivery order for someone before the lunch rush, and the employees are polite and hardworking. There was only two people working today, and I noticed that it was mostly rude male customers being hostile towards BK employees about waiting in the drive-thru. To the two people working today, I hope you guys get a raise. I wish more people would have more empathy and patience for you guys.

Absolute TRASH. 4 times I tried to help this place. Each time around 10:30 PM. The posted hours for drive through say they SHOULD be open. Every time I visited, the drive through screen was off and workers completely ignored me. Finally a couple nights ago I just waited to see what they would do. 38 minutes later and finally a lady just says "we're closed" I yelled back, that's not what your hours say.. but she just continued to ignore. This place needs to change their employees at night or change their posted hours. Absolutely a garbage of an experience. I miss the days when this place was actually good.

Not sure very confused..I stopped going here because she worked at nights.now she works in the mornings. Absolutely rude and unprofessional, refused my refund and cursed me out poor judgement when picking management. When you see a older black woman with just unpleasant loud voice on the speaker it's her..RUN! Get rid of her; people may come back if she wasn't there. cursing and refusing good customer service isn't a money maker!

Lazy, incompetent workers. They had an inability to comprehend my order, which i had to repeat 2-3 times per item. When I pulled up to the window, I was asked to regurgitate my entire order. The restaurant was out of 5 different things, 3 of which I wasnt told about until I had paid. Overcooked nuggets, old and cold fries. Basically, if I could give zero stars, I would. Edit: when biting into the stacker I ordered, I realized two things: the meat is extremely overdone and there is no sauce. The combination of overcooked rubbery meat and lack of sauce is a singular experience, reminiscent of a mouth full of grilled hockey pucks.

first and foremost this place should be shut down. i walked in and one of the female employees on the register was standing outside in the lobby petting a dog inside the store speaking to her friend. then after standing at the register waiting for more then 5 minutes advised that i go through the drive though… never in my life have i seen such rudeness and uncleanliness in my customer service experience.

Extremely and unbelievably rude, aggressive, dirty and astonishingly rude . The so-called manager...a black woman was so rude at the drive through, I had to go in and tried to complain. She literally raised her voice louder, refused to give me her name and followed me outside , screaming obscenities ....as I told her I was recording the incident via phone camera. I'm glad I had cause to go in cos she and her staff, the filth ....them folks definitely spit in your food ....was the vibe I got!

So after leaving Taco Bell being closed at 10:30pm I pull up to Burger King and their slow like they can’t make a burger and put fries in the bag , the amount of wait time they had on giving a person their order is ridiculous. Why is one car at the window waiting for their food for 30 mins like why?? Is their ppl just hanging out cause I still don’t get why one person is waiting so long smh sad and again where is the General Managers at ? 7/7/22 10:52 been here for almost 30 Mins now
