Smoothie King

I am very very disappointed in the smoothie king on pleasant hill i go there weekly for the SAME smoothie and its never the same! I will never understand that a smoothie that is measured and blended the same that it’s actually flipping franchised could be so different everytime! Today there was no strawberries sometimes strawberries get stuck in the straw sometimes it is pasty brown!! Beyond irritated because I love smoothies for lunch! Where is management please train and retrain!!!

Lobby is permanently closed, drive through only. Drive through takes about 15-20 minutes per customer, and the poor design of the drive through lane means any kind of line will block the entire parking lot, and the lines get extremely long given the excessive time per customer. There is also a very large pot hole directly in front of the drive through window that you can't avoid when picking up your smoothie. Staff is amicable, not exactly the friendliest service but usually reasonably polite. This Smoothie King really needs some refreshing/redesigning, maybe hire enough people to actually open the lobby, clean the place up, reorganize the drive through, etc... The smoothies have always been fairly good, but the experience of buying them leaves a lot to be desired.

Yes when you walk inside the employees will not say hi. They will look at you like you are crazy. The drive through seem like it is stressing them out and maybe shud be closed down. My smoothie took close to 10 minutes and there was only one car in the drive through. I had went in person. I would not recomend this smoothie king. The girls that work here re not friendly and the place is not that clean inside. The floors are wet and u can see build up around the containers of ingredients. I gave two stars because I could taste some peanut butter through the immense amount of ice.

This location is by far the worst I’ve been to. It’s UNBELIEVABLY slow. If I put an online order in, I don’t think they start making it until I arrive. I end up waiting another 10 mins once I get there. One time I ordered ahead and was the only person in line and it took 10+ mins to get it once I got there. And there were 3 people working! Just laziness at its finest.
