Moe's Southwest Grill

On Sunday we went to Moe's with our three kids for the sole reason of getting "kids eat free" promotion. When we get to register, I ask about the promotion and the guy working says it's not a current promotion & was limited promotion that ended. Okay, maybe I made a mistake. I sit down and check my phone and find a recent email I got from Moe's promoting kids eat free at this location and also see it as an active promotion on their store website. I go to the counter to let the guy know and he gets his manager. Manager says he doesn't know anything about it and that the computer will automatically apply the promotion if it is active. I show him Moe's website and he shrugs and says he will need to call corporate. Since we ended up spending double what we were expecting we were super frustrated. We literally came here for the promotion and if we had to choose again we should would have gone to Zoe's or Chipotle down PIB for the same amount of money. Our toddler dropped his food on the ground and we cleaned everything as well as we could - we cleaned the entire table but there were obviously some chip crumbs under our booth. As we were leaving a worker came up and condescendingly yelled across the restaurant to the other person working "We need a broom over here" while my wife was getting our kids coats on and had an attitude like it was an issue. I was appalled cause I even left a 20% tip after not getting the kids promotion. I get we are living in a pandemic. It is extremely hard to work in the food service industry combined with labor costs, supply issues, etc. But at this point it is pretty comical and solidifies we will not be back here. In the past it's never been this bad, but it's never been a pleasant experience here. I would recommend finding another place to go unless you are getting a burrito to go.

3.75. We came here to use the restroom and one of the guys was pretty mean about it saying the restroom was only for customers when my child was about to pee himself. Walking through, a part of me was thinking "we have food at home" but the other part really did want to order food. The guy took back his remark and we eventually ordered food. The food that I had was the best tasting I've had from Moe's. I'm usually a Qdoba or Chipotle type person. So I will say that the food was pretty good. The red sauce was not so good and they were a little stingy with the guacomole. This plaza didn't seem like it had a very friendly atmosphere.

Real talk this aint right buddy gave me literally 3 pieces of chicken and not even a full Scoup of steak. This has got to stop i need my protein without having to make life threatening decisions weather to eat or not. Im already stressing about the gas im using to get there hoping i would get a welcome to moes as i enter which i did not receive you are atleast getting 1 star because the meal was exquisite.

Note: this was partially my fault, the apps fault, and the man in charge. I made an online order on the app to have it ready ahead of time, I got confirmation of it, but I never screenshotted it because I never knew the app would close that confirmation screen or even let me go back to it once I tried to show the person working there proof of my order. The man working there mentioned they never got an order, and I made sure the address was correct on Peachtree Industrial and not Pleasant Hill. He didnt believe in online ordering ahead of time either. The least I could show him was my bank statement that it was for this specific location but he refused to look at it and just denied me any service. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Tbh I was hangry and not having a great time and was looking forward to eating a rice bowl when I made the app order, so I was a little irritated when the app closed down the confirmation like it was already made, which was not. After seeing past reviews and noticing the low grade health inspection, kinda glad I didn't end up getting my food from here. The place always looks dead, and looked super understaffed when the man in charge brought his baby to work.

THE BEST MOE’S LOCATION I’VE BEEN TO. I usually go to another location but since I was on my way to my sister’s and this location is on the way I decided to try them out. I ordered a burrito and nachos, the burrito was so big for only $5,99 I honestly thought the worker there wouldn’t be able to close it then I did get a $2,00 discount as well for the nachos since Atlanta United had scored two points the day before. The customer service was great they were really thoughtful to put the salsa in the bag without me asking for it and the cashier made a joke that was pretty funny which made my day. Overall a 5-star Moe’s location, I will be sure to come back more often.
