Pizza Hut

Girl in the front was extremely extremely rude. They have a big sign in the front about curbside, I text the number, it asked for my vehicle type and I waited 15 minutes (pizza should have already been ready) I finally went it aude and mentioned to the employee that I textwd for the curbside service. She rudely said we don't do curbside 30 minutes before close. I explained I did NOT KNOW THIS and that the automated response should be turned off so you don't sit out side waiting thinking someone via going to bring it out. She was just extremely rude. Like she wasn't raised properly. She pist me off so bad that I can still see her sorry face in my mind. I am a very cheerful person. Her attitude drained me that day.

Ive ordered from here 3 times in the past month and only had an issue one time. I've never had my order messed up and they are usually quick although one of those times, the driver didn't come so I had to pick up my pizza. Since then, I've had no issues though. The pizza is always delicious. :) Update: So this place is definitely hit or miss but due to this last issue I gotta take them all the way down from 4 stars to one star as my service experience was completely unacceptable. I ordered 2 medium pizzas. It was around 11pm so I was okay with the 65-75 minute wait time for delivery. I checked the delivery tracker after 30 minutes and it said that the pizza was out for delivery. After still not receiving the pizza an hour after I ordered it, I decided to call and see if the pizza was actually out for delivery yet since I'm less than 10 minutes away. A female answers, "Pizza Hut. We're closed!" I let her know that I'm calling about an order I placed already and hadn't received. "All deliveries are out" I understand she wants to go home but I'm trying to figure out where my food is so I don't get upset yet. I ask when the driver is expected to complete his deliveries. She says any time now. I advise her that it had been over an hour since I placed the order. She looks up the order and informs me that my pizza was delivered, signed for, and a tip was left on my card!!! Now, I'm upset. I ask where the pizza was delivered to. She repeats my address. I explained that I live in a gated community and no one buzzed me from the gate to even get in. She calls the driver who didn't answer. So my husband takes the 8 minute drive over to Pizza Hut to talk to the lady face-to-face. She explains that the driver has not returned yet but should have been back already. My husband waits for the driver. When the driver pulls up, he says the gate was open ( which means he tailgated someone rather than following my delivery instructions), he delivered the pizza to a tall white guy ( I'm not tall, white, or a guy), the guy signed the receipt (website says the card will be verified but he obviously didn't ask for it), and he's not sure what apartment he delivered it to because all the buildings look the same (but it surely wasn't the apartment number on the ticket). I'm told that I will be refunded but that doesn't even begin to restore my trust in Pizza Hut's delivery drivers.
