This baskin robins is always out of something. But its not life or death. It gives me a chance to teach my son about trying something new. They almost never have the waffle cones. And some of the flavors they do have seem strange. But they have gluten and dairy friendly options. The staff is friendly they all say hello when we enter. The staff is very attentive and i have never had to wait for someone to take my order, they are ready for me before I even know what I want. Sometimes the staff they make mistakes. I correct it politely and immediately and they fix it. Its not brain surgery its not a zagat rated restaurant. Its ice cream.

Their ice cream cakes are good. When I asked the cashier to put a happy bday on the cake he said he couldn’t do it. I guess bc of covid. Secondly, he charged $27.99 then he charged me $34.99. Also, I thought the store was closed bc when I first walked in, there was no one up front and they looked scared when they appeared from the back. I do not recommend this place. Next time, I’m taking my business somewhere else.

Kinda disappointed because after waiting for about ten minutes we were told the milk shake machine was out of service today. Also this location is not allowing taste testing according to the signage of their new flavors due to Covid-19. Which isn’t the best decision with new flavors so hopefully if the flavor isn’t desirable the customer can get another opportunity to get a flavor that’s known.

I REALLY wanted to ignore the previous reviews and give it a shot. They were out of more than half the flavors listed online. Really came down to strawberry, chocolate peanut butter (but not Reese's), snickers, and oreo being the only option. It came down to a strawberry banana milkshake, a scoop of chocolate peanut butter and a scoop of snickers, and a Snicker's milkshake. They still confused my order and spent 10 minutes figuring out the price. I repeated my order twice at the speaker and four times at the window. They STILL got it wrong.

They are always, and I means ALWAYS, out of things. I’ve left a couple do times empty handed because they would be out of simple things. One day it’s waffle cones, the next day, they aren’t out of brownies, and the next day, they are out of cookies. Their ice cream is good, however, I’d call before visiting to make sure they are stocked. They need to manage their inventory better. I’ve started depending more on the Bruster’s down the street.
