Wendy's

The food here is good hit and fresh but the silver headed white lady working the drive thru tried to hold back $5 of my change. She had it sitting next to the register. And didn't give me a receipt. But I know how to at and subtract. She didn't argue. Just picked up the 5 dollar bill sitting nice to the register and handed it to me.

Visited here a week or so ago was skeptical in stopping because the dining room has been closed for a long period due to covid prior to that I stopped often but was pleased to find out they had came to there senses and reopened the dining area super clean the service was excellent not crowded at all felt as though I had the whole place to myself I'd highly recommend to stop in and get reacquainted with them food is great service was above the usual standards and ill go back for sure

A few days ago, on Friday I came to this location for lunch. I had rewards points available to use to cover the food that I ordered. I gave my phone to a woman who looked like a manager to scan it and she said that they were not able to use my rewards after I had already hit redeem. She did not offer to help me or anything. So I had to pay for my food. I should not had to pay for anything because I had more than enough rewards to pay for my food. Obviously she did not know what she was doing. The manager did not apologize to me or anything. Just was rude and nonchalant about it. This is the second time this has happened to me regarding points. The food at this location is great and always fresh! So I am very disappointed in the service I received. I come to this location all the time for lunch. Due to this being the second time they messed up my points, I doubt I will return.

I'll say this. The food is always hot. They don't always give you the craft lemonade even though they upcharge you for it. My low rating is based solely upon one worker. The ladies I've encountered have been cordial enough. But this one young man tall lighter brown skinned with dreads is the WORST. He is extremely rude and unprofessional. He looks at you and does not greet you, tell you your total, say thanks come again or nothing. He hands your bag and drink to you with an attitude and a stone face. I thought perhaps he was having a bad day. Every time I go there and have the unfortunate chance of meeting him at the window, it diminishes the experience. If he's not able to at least feign good customer service don't let him near customers! I avoid this location solely due to his rudeness. His dead stare is uncomfortable.

normally orders a crispy chicken 4for 4 and was rudely informed that was no longer a thing. ordered a medium $5biggie bag with the chicken blt and it was literally just a SMALL 4for 4. small fries, 4 nuggets. medium drink at least. and they put cheese on the BLT which i should have checked before leaving but im lactose intolerant hence why i dont eat cheeseburgers and only order the chicken sandwhich so basically i paid about $7 for small fries and 4 nuggets. better tasting food at mcdonalds or cookout for less frustration and less money

This is a new and clean location. Plenty of parking and the customer service was very good. The only thing about the store that kind of bothers me is that the entrance is easy to miss. As if the driving on Pleasant Hill Rd. is not treacherous enough, just try the adventure of having to slow down for a turn into the Wendy's parking lot.
