Shabu & Shabu

Unbelievably rude manager (or may be the owner). He told us to sit at a table near the door. I asked if we could sit at different table because it was cold and I saw two tables available inside. He said he needs to keep them available in case a big group of people come. I asked him if he has a reservation. He said no but he wanted to keep them empty just in case. The whole time he had an attitude and was scolding me for asking to be sitted at a different table. I went there with my mother and wife last night at eight and the place was about half full. I would never want anybody to be treated like that. That is why I am giving them one star.

I went into grab a quick bite to eat and was treated as if I was not human. I asked for a simple menu and was greeted by a young lady with a green shirt with "I don't know what you are talking about." Then she shooed me away. I mean is my money not welcomed in this place of Establishment. Funny thing was I was ready to spend money for me and my family tonight. I took my credit card someplace who didn't mind accepting it. Shame on you! And tip for today.... get a job in customer service.

I went in with my family. I was attempting to try a new place that served Vietnamese hot pot. 1. They seated us near the door. 2. Once we got the food, the waitress never came to check on us. 3. We had to push the call button and waited for about 15min for someone to come to our table, just so we can order an extra serving of noodles. 4. My fiancée’s glass of water stayed empty. 5. We were ready to leave, and no one showed us/told us what to do to pay our bill. I felt like we were placed at a table to order food and was given the food and was forgotten.
