Salata

I usually go to the Salata on Peachtree Corners, but since I was in the area I decided to try this Salata and it was amazing! The salad I had was so refreshing and tasty, and the employee who served me gave me his full attention and made sure that my salad was worth every dime. The hardworking Indian worker made me feel like I was more than just a customer to him and answered all of my questions due to the dietary restrictions that I have. His positive attitude and alluring smile showed the love he had for this salad place and attracted me into wanting to return to this location. This location has such amazing employees that make sure to cater to all your needs! Because of that particular worker, I will make sure that this Salata is my new go-to spot!

I went to Salata for the first time ever recently and the experience did not disappoint. The service was excellent, but one employee stood out to me in particular. I can’t remember his name, but he was the kindest Indian boy. He was very helpful and he patiently answered all of my questions with a smile on his face. He genuinely seemed like such a hard worker and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. I hope he knows he was very appreciated!

I visited Salata a couple weeks ago and my experience was phenomenal. I am only writing this review now because there was one employee that stood out to me in particular. I haven't stopped thinking about him since his demeanor and his respect for the customers was nothing short of amazing. I wish other restaurants and franchises selected such great employees as this Salata. This young man was so patient and carried a smile on his face the entire time I was configuring my salad. I couldn't help but smile as well! The only downside of Salata is that it's not open 24/7 :( To the young Indian boy who works there, I hope you see this message and know that you are appreciated.

I placed an online order here today – It was to take 30 minutes to prepare. I arrived after the 30 minutes and had to wait for 15 because they had not started it. I then asked for a refund because they were more concerned with making the orders of the people in the line. The rude manager, Andrae, flat out refused to issue my refund or begin to make my order. He kept shouting that he was short-staffed. I understand that; however, my order came in well before anyone in the line, and he still refused to make it until everyone in the bar was served. I asked for the refund again, and he refused, saying he would “Do it later.” I had to leave without my salads or the $60.00 I had paid for them. I have NEVER been so disrespected before – and in front of the entire store. The nerve is this man! These bad reviews of this location are accurate – avoid it at all costs. I am not sure where the positive ones are coming from. But I would honestly avoid this place.

I have tried this same Place in three other locations all of them where great except this location they where short handed on lunch time I know it is hard these days to find good responsible employees but the African American lady that helped me today I don’t think she should be dealing with the public face to face I ordered the large salad it seemed odd to here that I wanted to add spinach with my mixed base of green lettuce so she shook her head as I was adding lots of toppings again she kept shaking her head and all I was adding is the very low carb items because of my diet to get a salata place opened up you need to have $1.5 million in assets and $600K in liquid assets and $40K for the franchise minimum of three locations so the owner did all this hard work and now he has this unprofessional employee in there trying to make this location profitable I very much doubt it I think she needs to stay in the kitchen or look for another job unless she is one of the owners then I would say there is no future for this salata location at 11720 medlock bridge rd in Johns creek as for for the Indian man that was there he was awesome in every way possible specially in multi tasking.

This my first time at Salata and I will definitely be returning. There are not many options in this area for healthy, quick, good food and this is perfect. I work very nearby and I'll definitely be a regular. The small salad is plenty and affordable. I came in the early evening and the lettuce was very fresh as well as all of the toppings. So pleased to see the variety of what was offered. The chicken was delicious, but my favorite was the herb vinaigrette. The manager was very sweet and provided lovely customer service for my first visit.
