Pretty good burger place. I like that they have some additional items like soup. Today the workers were especially efficient. I have never had such a short wait for my food at Culvers.

Had the Special Curdburger! Great with tomato, lettuce, pickle and relishes. Tasty cheese patty. Custard was also great. Duluth location was easy to get to from Highway 53. Clean restrooms and employees were wearing masks and very polite. Tables were cleaned between customer seatings which was appreciated in this Coved-19 era. Will try to return in future.

Keep in mind that most restaurants are short staffed. It took approximately 45 minutes to get our order. Unfortunately when we received it, it was cold. They were kind enough to remake it and the food did not come out much better. The upside is that the manager was very kind and tried very hard. We likely will not visit again as the food just did not taste good.

Ok so don't judge me, but today is the first time I tried Culver's, and it was awesome! I had the pub burger and it was amazing! The staff was so helpful and polite, the restaurant was very clean. Will definitely be going back.

The team working did a great job with service, and the food was good. The floors and some booth benches needed cleaning, it appeared they were working on it as they had time. Tables themselves seemed clean and sanitized. I'm sure they are shorthanded just like every other place nowadays.

The food was great but the drive-thru was very slow. The last few times I have gone it has been this way. It took them almost 40 minutes to get me a one scoop ice cream cone and large fries.
Someone went inside after I got to the drive through and left before I did. I suggest going inside if you want a quicker experience.

Ordered a mushroom swiss burger and a chicken cashew salad. The burger patties were BURNT with a capital B-U-R-N-T with only three pieces of mushroom and one slice of swiss for the entire burger. The pic from the menu online shows two unburnt patties, five mushroom slices (that you can see) and two slices of swiss. I found it all a tad misleading and disappointing. FWIW the salad was good.

We ordered 2 meals through the drive thru today, i had a chicken sandwich with a shake and cheese curds. After we paid we had to pull up and wait for the food to be delivered to our car, after just under 15 minutes of waiting they delivered the food. As i was looking through the bag, i noticed that there wasnt any cheese curds in the bag! We were still charged for the curds. However the chicken sandwich was tasty.
