Pizza Hut

Well I ordered a pizza and wings on the 4th of January, whoever delivered the pizza failed to alert me in any way. It was not marked as delivered on the tracker, nor did anyone call me or knock to notify me it was here. It got cold in the 45+ minutes it was outside, and reheated poorly. I called the manager shortly after i found the pizza,, and she said she would credit my account for the cost of the pizza and wings for me to use on my next order, however such a credit was never granted. I tried to call a few nights ago but received nothing but a busy signal. I'm extremely bummed as this means I can never order from them again.

If I could put a zero I would. I’ve ordered from here twice. The first time they sent the wrong order to us. The second time we ordered they said 30 minutes and it took two hours and didn’t get my full order. So when I called back they said they’d send out the rest of my order. An hour later I called back to see where the rest of my order was and they had completely forgotten. I travel a lot, and this by far was the worst experience ordering food I’ve ever had.
