Chick-fil-a

The service at this location is never good. Every time I order a meal my fries are never full and food is usually cold even during peak hours. Today I ordered 2 meals, usually I get my drinks right then after I wait for the food but this time I didn’t. We sat down to dine in, when our food was brought the server noticed we didn’t have our drinks she said oh I’m sorry I’ll go get them. So we started eating thinking we would have our drinks but when I looked over at the counter and they were all standing there talking. When I came up there the girl that was supposed to give our drinks at the table rolled her eyes at me and the cashier handed me two cups that were already made sitting in a cup holder. Every time I go here they always have something wrong either with their food or their employees.

I’m so disappointed. I’ve never ever been to a Chick-Fil-A that has disappointed me before. My fries were cold and halfway filled. No straws and they forgot my sauce. I’m so sad because I love Chick-Fil-A. My husband ordered this food and I picked it up. So sad. I will be going back in hopes it don’t happen again.

Chick-fil-A food is usually good and the usual difference is how well they get you the the line. The drive thru here is really a couple of steps below the standard for this chain. Going inside is better than outside drive thru but still below average. Go inside unless you really don't care how much you sit in line in your car.

Do not leave the restaurant without checking your order!! They forgot a sandwich and I didn't realize it until I got all the way home. My wife called the restaurant to let them know and they said to ask for the manager when I returned and they would take care of me. When I got there all they did was give me a half hearted apology. Very disappointing to receive that kind of customer service from Chik fil a after 20+ minute drive back.

This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A ever. I don’t ever write reviews but this place is an absolute joke. The reason I come to Chick-fil-A is because how great the service is. Let me tell you the hole atmosphere is terrible. The attitude from most of the workers is awful. I eat here a lot and it never changes. Candy shows no ambition to work at all. Julie or Julia rolled her eyes at me when I let her know she put my order in wrong. Who ever runs this place. Needs to fix the environment. This is a joke. If you don’t like to work then don’t work. If I could give it no stars I would. It’s like walking into McDonald’s
