Rebels Backyard Grill

Was actually really surprised by the food here. From the appearance outside and the name i thought it was going to be another low grade diner. This was not the case. Our food was amazing. It looked like it should have come from Carabas or something. Calamari, chicken alfredo, shrimp and grits were all delicious. Only complaint (sort of) is the waitress was very bland. No smiling. No personality. Not rude but just not very personable. Would definitely go back though.

Rebels Backyard Grill (named for the local high school) is a place you could easily drive by and not notice, but has surprisingly good food. I have been only once, but that was a good experience. The menu is not the typical sandwiches and fries kind of menu you typically expect at a restaurant of this nature. They have some nice dishes. The prices are not cheap, but not bad. I had a brisket sandwich. It was thinly shaved brisket with au jus sauce. It was served with a generous portion of fries. The sandwich was piled high with meat. It was very good. The interior is clean and comfortable. I definitely intend to make eating here a habit!

One of the best burgers I have tried!! It really it a great place to eat. Took my husband there and he was a little skeptical because of the outside but I told him the burgers are good. He’s very glad that he tried it. Also the fries are great! Don’t be worried about the outside the food is amazing!!

I could not stop eating from the first bite until the last. This quiet little gem is clean, fresh, and super friendly. The food was quick, and super yummy. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was certainly a winner with very crunchy fries. My girlfriend ordered Janelly's chicken bowtie pasta and I had a taste and it too was spot on. After that we were offered some cheesecake that was nicely presented with strawberries and whipped cream. All in all my biggest complaint if any was the price which seemed to be a dollar or two more than I'd care for which ultimately was not a deal breaker, but certainly will keep me from going as often as I'd like. This place was a great lunch date away from a busy day.

This little restaurant was truly surprising. So many different types of food, from barbecue and burgers to fried green tomatoes an calamari! Absolutely everything my party of 8 ordered was fantastic. Their fried green beans with chipotle ranch dressing was the bomb! Wish I would have taken a pic of the massive, perfectly cooked burgers, they literally looked too good to eat. Will definitely be back. Don't let the size of the place deter you, totally worth it!
