Expensive vaguely upmarket burger joint. Reportedly well regarded, but skip it if you don't think of burgers as a meal out. Service slightly on the slow side. Food quality appeared to be poor to middling (Wendy's say was better). Portion sizes small, especially by Canadian standards and given the cost. I wouldn't want to go there again, sorry.

Our visit on a Wednesday afternoon was great. The server was friendly. I would say considering our order was a burger and noodle and the time it took was perhaps longer than expected. Reading some of the other reviews we had a good experience. The owner should stop apologizing and fix the issues. Mostly it seems like late food and staff training. I would visit this location again.

Came with a group a few times. Shout out to the amazing job the servers and greeters do, as it is more often than not packed in the restaurant with only 2-3 servers and 1-2 greeters. This makes the service much slower, but they definitely make it up with the quality of their service. I just wish there would be more help for them.
The food itself is not bad, it is pretty standard North American Caucasian style fare. A little on the pricier side, but their Tuesday Wings Special is great!

Very cold, had to wear my coat
Server Rachel, seemed more interested in her friends sitting beside us...
I know covids been over a month and is now non-existent, but when your restaurant is empty, why are you sitting everyone beside/ on top of each other?
Also I thought it was pricey, 20bucks for chicken strips!?

Really loud atmosphere, food was bland and boring, ordered the steak sandwich medium rare and it came less than rare and it's literally a piece of steak and soggy garlic bread. I got it to go and ate it less than 5 minutes later. Would not go back. Giving it a 2 star because our server was really awesome!

Had requested to pre order today so that we could enjoy our lunch hour was informed that they no longer do that but was told that if we told the server we were in a rush that it shouldn't be a problem. Got there at 12:35, ordered, informed that we were in a rush on our lunch hour got our food at 1:10, had to rush to eat what we had time to eat and took the rest back to work. Not impressed. Won't be going back

Normally great but today was disappointed. Ordered takeout. Told 25 minutes. Arrived on time paid and waited 15 additional. Told they were assembling the chicken burger. Got home the beef burger was cold as were the fries. The long awaited chicken burger was burnt. ☹️

Waitress forgot to bring us water 3 times…
Did not ID my friends whom are 19 so still look very young, was concerning..
Food was delicious. Brussels sprouts appie was not cooked fully..
Overall not the best experience I’ve had.
