I think we all need to slow down a bit. I went through the drive-through ordered a summer strawberry salad. The lady over the speaker is in such a hurry she won’t even let you finish your sentence and she’s asking anything else. The customer service is gone completely with fast food. Then I get to the drive-through they hand me my food that lady was very pleasant wished me a good day. And then I get to work open my salad and it’s not even what I ordered it’s a southwest avocado. Very disappointing

Whoever Opened This store on May 27th 2022 at 6:40 a.m…. You guys are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The store opened at 6:30am but I am standing outside at 6:40a.m and it is still not open. I went through the drive thru and NOBODY came to the speaker for 5+ minutes! Then I try to call and a girl says hello then she hangs up on me. Then I try to call back and she doesn’t answer the phone at all the second time, so finally someone comes to the speaker when I go back to the drive thru and she was extremely lazy and rude, acting as if my business is a inconvenience! Not sure if I will be back to this Wendy’s ! This is my second time here, and I am definitely not pleased. Luckily there’s other Wendy’s establishments that are local. Then I get my food and it has a pound of mayo on it, almost as if they did it on purpose because I called twice, and came to the drive thru twice. It was strange how the short white girl at the window was snickering as she handed me the bag!!! Now that I received my food, I’m sure this was done on purpose! I don’t even want to talk to that specific staff to make a complaint, hopefully cooperate will contact me through my email. Unbelievable!!

This place really went downhill, I’ve been going to the coachman location for the past year since one employee had a bad attitude one time. Tried this location again tonight because Taco Bell was out of Mexican pizzas. Food was a bit cold, but the guy at the window with the shaggy hair was helpful and gave me back the extra dollar I handed accidentally during payment. I probably would have kept it. Considering this place clearly does not pay their employees enough to keep decent employees or employ proper training. It does not take a rocket scientist to read all of these bad reviews and realize how much business is lost through cheap management. Issues almost always stem from management. The guy at the window with the shaggy hair should be the new manager because I haven’t seen anyone else at this location care in years. 3 stars just for the shaggy hair guy

I swear there is something wrong with customer service nowadays more than ever. I sat forever before even being acknowledged with a HELLO at the drive through and then this girl laughed. Not only that some days I go at 1045 and it’s lunch some days I go and its breakfast and they are rude as F^*k every time I place my order Do better.

Please train the employees at this location. Acknowledge the customer when they have a question.
When I came in and asked the teenage girl who was by the counter, she ignore me and has a nasty attitude. She had her hair down while handling food, the employees are either on their phone or taking selfies.
Also, the Dine in area are dirty and not maintained.
Employees reflect the business and this is not a good look. The only sensible employee there is Andrew who took our order and is attentive

I’m not sure what has been going on with this location lately. Dine in takes forever and with a toddler sometimes drive through is easier. I would say 3/5 times we leave the drive through line after waiting 20 minutes, typically only the 2nd or 3rd car in line. Meal is accurate but not all the time. I feel bad because they probably are low staff.
Today I waited 19 minutes. When I got home both my meals were wrong and they never gave me my drink. The car behind me left because it was taking so long.

The manager or corporate needs to get involved soon cuz this place has problems all times of the day, whether 12 pm or 12am. Dining room is closed randomly, never staffed and if it is it's people who can't even make a simple order. Drive through moves slower than McDonald's.
Update: in the drive through currently and have been waiting for literally 30 minutes behind only two cars. THIRTY MINUTES.
