Papa Johns Pizza

This location is terrible. Every time I order from this store they make mistakes with my order. I'd recommend, if you do order from here, to order pickup so you can verify your order before you leave. I called to address it in hopes the manager would correct it and forget about it but got a huge attitude about it. I didn't want anything in return. Just wanted them to fix it. First time I called a young man said he was the manager and I didn't get his name. I called back after writing this to get their name and Leann answered the phone and she claimed to be the manager. If you're reading this you might think I was rude, but I can assure you I handled this with kid gloves. They're incompetent and couldn't care less. This is really unfortunate because I strongly prefer PJ's to any other franchise pizza. I'll be finding a new pizza place to spend my money.

It was a regular on-line order for carry out. Got this place 10 min before closing. The personal was very friendly and pizza was done nicely - accurate with uniformly distributed topping. Since we were hungry after our bike trip, without further ado we decided to dinner, right next to their bakery, thanks to that table close by. So, it was a really nice experience.

I’ve been coming to this Papa John’s for 13 years and unfortunately after today I will not be coming back here. Not one person on the line had a hairnet or a hat. I saw this girl with her hands down the front of her pants and then she just hopped right on the line without washing her hands that is absolutely disgusting. I work in the service industry so I know that you’re not allowed to not have a hat or hair net on if you’re working on a line that’s a really gross. The service has always been amazing so I’m still giving 3 stars but please follow health code regulations. They are there for a reason.

Worst website ever I just wanted to order a normal old pizza with pepperoni green peppers and onions couldn't figure out how to do it for the life of me it kept showing me pizzas that other people ordered at different times during the last year how come you just can't select pizza and what you want on it like a normal Pizza website very strange

I just experienced the worse pizza service. I ordered my pizza at 5:51 pm. I was told my pizza would arrive in 50-55 minutes. I called and asked for an update on my pizza at 6:50 and they told me it’s still sitting here. And the driver will be there soon. SOON!! My pizza was delivered 7:45pm. I kid you not. And the pizza wasn’t warm. It was room temperature.you think if they had a pizza sitting around for an hour, you would send a freshly made pizza. I am very disappointed that management would allow this to happen. Shame on you! You lost a costumer. And my friends will know about the poor service.
