The place was reassuringly busy, which is always an indication of quality. My starter, haggis croquettes, was delicious, and of just the right size to whet my appetite for the main course, succulent ravioli. The combination of the food, the company, and the warm evening made the whole dining experience charming. There were two of us present, so here is the complement of this two-part review: The salad was excellent; abundant, individual items served in just the right quantity relative to each other. Presentation-wise, it was wonderfully creative and aesthetically perfect. There was just the right amount of oil to moisten but not drown and just enough balsamic vinegar to flavour rather than tinge.

Service was amazing, nothing too much trouble. They seated us right before the kitchen closed, and us ordering food/ drinks wasn't any bother. Food arrived quickly, and was very good. Also the cocktails we ordered arrived quickly and again was amazing. Overall, we left this restaurant very satisfied

Lovely little Italian with great atmosphere and outstanding, friendly service. Waiting time before and after courses was perfect, just enough time to enjoy and let it settle. The focaccia with mozzarella and tomatoes was heavenly, I will forever dream about it! Great menu with the classics plus more. Would 100% recommend to family and friends.

A good selection for vegetarians. Had Parmigiana as a starter, which was very good, had Dell'orto pizza and Tiramisu. Was expecting the Tiramisu to be much better than it was. Good service by the waiters, however the place is a little small and the place was fairly full - almost congested Overall nice food but pricey.

The loveliest, family Italian restaurant, found by surprise! The atmosphere is wonderful, with candles and fairy lights dotted all over the interior. The food had a home-made feel, we loved every dish! The garlic bread was delicious, thick and flavoursome, not to mention our divine spaghetti dishes. Even the ice-cream was lush, especially the rich chocolate! With friendly and attentive service to top it off, we were delighted. I would highly recommend a visit, especially after a visit to the botanical gardens and shops just a short walk away.
