Starbucks

They NEVER get my drink right. And I'm a repeat customer. Asked for a violet drink and they gave me a violet drink but strained out the hibiscus flavor! It was water down berry hinted water! Then they failed to tell me they were out of coconut milk and used soy milk instead. ! What if I was allergic to soy? Very upset, food safety definitely isn't practiced here. Very dissapointing. Never gone to any other Starbucks and had a problem only this one. New, competent employees are needed at this location. Also, I've never felt the need to write a review about anywhere I've been except for here!

Their coffee tastes totally different the Starbucks coffee. it is much weaker and it is not fresh at all. they do not honor any coupons or discounts. lately I knew that they are licensed from the hotel they are at, I don't understand that license thing, but what I know is that they are not Starbucks that I know. Even the staff working there are not friendly as other branches I have been through

always got charged wrongly. cant redeem stars at this location. staffs are not nice. they are not a real starbucks.... and staffs claim that they work for hotel not starbucks. had too many issues with this brunch but thats the one one on mu way to work...... plus you could hardly find a parking here!

So they dont take the starbucks cards/app, i asked why and she said we are not really a starbucks...🤔. If your not a starbucks then why do you have the brand all over..... she also was kinda snooty about it as well. I think sheraton should find different manager. If your going to call yourself a starbucks then adhere to starbucks rewards, etc.
