Domino's Pizza

Never have I ever seen a business get so many 1 star ratings and I got my pizza from here through Domino’s website and not after checking Google or Yelp reviews. I usually order from Pizza Huts but wanted to give Domino’s a shot after having missed it for a long time. We ordered a large vegetarian pizza and the order was ready for pickup by the time we got there. The inside of the kitchen area didn’t look very tidy and it should have at least been concealed. The checkout was smooth but the pizza we got home was only between a medium and large size that we had to call the store to confirm if it was really a large size. The store person said he would check what could be done since weren’t happy and took our number so that he could call us back. We are still waiting for that call. My problem is not with the size but with the promise that a business cannot keep up. Anyway the train has already left the station and won’t make it back here.

The employees were missing for a good while, they were somewhere in the back and kept me waiting. When I received my pizzas, you can tell how lacking they were with the way they made the pizzas. I got a chicken and philly steak pizza, and they only added like 3 or 4 pieces of chicken and steak. I’ve been to multiple dominos and this has been the worst one. This is my first and last visit to this store.

I didnt realize how this store got such a low rating until I order. I dont want to tell how bad it is just see the below pics then you got to know ( toppings may precious thats why very less and roasted completley). Hope this store manager goes through the feedbacks and improve quality of the food accordingly.

Received my pizza cold and dry. Wasn’t the right pizza that I ordered. I called and was told the manager would call me back. That never happened. I called back and spoke to Abdul. He said he was the manager. I told him my concerns and all he said was “sorry about that”. This was the Domino’s at 2058 US 27 Nixon Plaza. I’m done with Domino’s; not my first order or my first complaint. Pizza Hut for us from now on

Pizza is tasteless, I never seen pizza making like this. I selected Topping Premium Chicken but its hard to find chicken on the Pizza. Small store Pizzas way better than your pizza. Also employees should trained well, They sitting in the back and we need call them couple of times for pickup. They should know how to receive customers as well.

RUN!!! I BEG OF YOU GUYS TO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Where do I began. I ordered for delivery it took over an hour and a half to get to me. And when she finally did get to me, the delivery driver informed me that she forgot my soda at the restaurant. Never brought it to me and never reimbursed me!!! The food was terribly made and cold! I did an order pick up there thinking the experience would be different…. Nope. I did a curbside delivery. They NEVER CAME OUTSIDE! So then I had to go inside and you stand in the store for minutes and the employees act like they don’t even see you! Just save yourself the trouble and do not give them any business. They need to be shut down!

Ordered at 6:34 tonight according to my email receipt. I reviewed my address and callback number to ensure I didn't enter the wrong ones prior to writing this review. The only reason I'm writing this review right now is because I've called the store number 3 times and each time I've waited 10 minutes on hold only to have the call dropped. This is the only way I could find to try and contact someone from the store or customer support, given how my night has gone. It says my pizza was undergoing a quality check at 6:51. It's now 8:15 and there is no driver attached to my order and it doesn't even say it's being delivered. So thanks for nothing Dominos. Thanks for the lack of communication and the lack of pizza I was hoping to have tonight. Edit 1: Now 8:31 and no response or change. I'm really upset. A fourth call to the store ended in the same manner. I should not have expected any different. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. Edit 2: Now 8:47. No pizza. Also, whoever Anthony is, who quality-checked my pizza at 6:51...thanks for nothing. Definitely the worst experience I've had at any Domino's store. How is this place still operating?! Edit 3: Pizza arrived 3 hours late. Driver name Roni opens with "I don't know if anyone called you to explain the situation..." What do you mean you don't know if anyone called me! No one called me. I called 5 times and no one answered. The cheese is dry now, the pepperoni and crust look burned. Pathetic! The wings are cold, the pizza is cold, my two sides of ranch are not here, the pizza is cut into a small grid...my chipotle arrived 10 minutes after the pizza did.
