Zaika Bbq & Grill

I visited this place with a group of six for dinner. Pro: the appetizer was very good, it was mouth watering. One of my friends tried chicken karahi so we tried that dish for the main course. Chicken karahi was cooked decently. My friend who tried it in the past said it was 10x better than what we got on the last visit. The one we got served tasted like tomato gravy. I will give it a try for other dishes for this place. Con: service and management not in order. As soon as we sat on the table under one minute a lady came asking are you guys ready to order. After she takes the order another guy passes by asking - if we were being taken care of. Ordered masala soda and lassi, in which 2 orders of lassi took forever to arrive on the table. Chicken karahi stated on the menu takes 40min wait time, came to the table under 15 right after appetizer. We clearly specified the appetizer first then the main course. I am guessing the main course was rushed because as I mentioned earlier it tasted like a tomato paste curry. At the end people kept repeating coming on the table at least 4-5x asking if we needed something. In a way that was a nice gesture from their end, but the tone the way it was said in felt like they wanted us to get it done asap and leave the place. Overall, a good place and I will visit to try another few new dishes. Prices are a bit higher compared to other nearby places.

Such a bad experience, we ordered Zaiqa burger and chicken karahi and haleem, to go. I swear the chicken was all rotten, it was even smelling because it was bad but we still tried to see if it’s the smell but at the end it was the chicken that was rotten, fries were like woods and burger was not good enough, we just wasted our money and time as well, please you guys need to follow up on the food, our money doesn’t come from trees, make it halal. Very disappointed we Had to garbage it sadly

First timer! Friendly customer service (shout out to Sheri and Harris). I didn’t know what to get and Sheri helped me explore the menu. I knew I wanted chicken and veggies. I tried their BBQ Chicken (nothing like American BBQ but VERY VERY TASTY). As far as the veggie dish, I just asked for the top two most popular and went with that. Very good as well. One of the veggie dishes was actually Tofu base (I don’t like Tofu, I’d rather an actual vegetable). But, both veggie dishes were VERY TASTY in great sauce. BEWARE: SPICY!!!!! 🌶 🥵 Both of my combination platters (the chicken and the vegetable) were very spicy. So, if you don’t like a lot of HEAT 🥵 in your mouth ask if they can make it with little to no hot spice…not sure if they will but it’s worth asking. All in all, I recommend and will come back again. ENJOY!!!!
