Charlie Brown's Steakhouse

Didn't know what kind of food Charlie Brown's would offer. I certainly didn't expect crab cakes. No reason why not, but I was happy to try there's. There's were proper crab cakes. Although I never think they can be big enough, by the time I'm finishing the second I'm good. Seasoning on these were great. I wish I could remember the sauce but I'm drawing a blank. And the garlic mash I think are a great compliment to crab cakes. Though they never have enough garlic... With any luck I'll get to try them again soon. I'd like to see what other great surprises they cook up...

Prime rib is the go to here and usually doesn't disappoint but today it was bit overcooked and a little dry. Had the free add-on King Crab legs and not bad for free. Small legs but hey it's free right? Burger my wife had was also a bit overcooked mediun rare was more like medium well. But she said it was good tasting and fresh toppings. Salad bar decent with you typical fare. Waiter was ok. Not real attentive and we r not needy customers... Really good local place. Will be back...
