Mucho Burrito

Always great service when I've been there. Excellent food, super-tasty and the staff are knowledgeable about their products including helping those who want more or less spice make the right choices. Oddly, the salad bowl is one of my favorites because it isn't really salad. It is more like deconstructed burrito.

Basically like subway just with Mexican food. The food was good. Only thing is that it could be hotter. They put everything on the burrito and then heat it. The meat was slightly warm. OK, meant I could eat faster but still. Let me select the meat and heat it. Put everything else on it and then the hot meat.

I was there today. The staff seems very low motivated to do their jobs. I requested to get extra veggies before the female lady started to make my order. She was planning to gave me old portion so i was ok with that and i told her that i would like more veggies than that. She said they didnt have more veggies which clearly a big container of raw veggies were in the counter. Staff claimed they didnt have enough ingredients as it was not lunch time!!! i cant believe that. Restaurants should be able to serve you anytime if you gonna make business to them. Poor service!!! dont go there and i will make sure my friends stop to eat at this location!
