The Food was great but the service was really slow and a little on edge. Our first server was great but the second was a little unsure of what she was serving us and ended up giving it to the wrong table and finally getting it back for us. It would be fine normally but we waited so long to eat and find anyone to help our table. Our server rarely checked on us and they were all seen in the bar area talking. All in all good environment and great food but the customer service needs some work and the speed.

I've been to this location multiple times. Food is decent when it's made fresh, and you can get decent service if you talk to the right staff. My last experience was by far the worst - I was served regular soda when I asked for diet. Being diabetic, this is a huge issue. Please make sure your servers are careful with stuff like this. The food was... Subpar. The salad I got was drenched in dressing and probably had been sitting out for a few hours. The sandwich was dry and the coleslaw tasted sour and off.

Maybe I'm an outlier, but my experience here was fine, I see a lot of damning 1/5 reviews leading to a 2.9/5 overall - ouch! I ordered a half rack of ribs and some wings. I expect these sort of places to be pricey, and it is. But less outrageously so compared to other "proper BBQ" places. The ribs I got here were actually better. They weren't dry, the meat and rub were quite flavourful. To be honest, the reviews here are so awful that I'm hesitant to go back even though my experience was alright! I will probably consider it though. Hopefully they can do something to turn things around.

The food was ok and service was terrible. They said there will be 3 pieces of rib served and if the ribs small portion there will be given more. Once we got the plates my wife's portion was ridiculously small and we told them right away and their attitude changed right away as well . They were very unhappy about it. They brought two more ribs after but the ribs were over cooked and no taste at all. We felt like they wanted to get rid from us asap. Don't suggest anyone to go this place.

My boyfriend and I went to this location hoping to order the wing Wednesday special for pick up to take home. We were told that special was not available for take out and had to be ordered while dining in. This was fine and we decided to stay in and we ended up ordering a rib meal as well as alcoholic beverages. The service was great (other then the wings coming out before drinks and yet they were cold) up until the server asked if we would like our wings packed up. She went to the back and returned saying they are not allowed to let us leave with the wings as they are on special. I then asked to speak with the manager and she said it's a policy and if they break it for us and they will have to for everyone. I then asked to speak to her manager and she said she would provide me a number. We waited for a period of time and paid the bill and she never returned and just hid in the back. My frustration is that in the customer service industry the customer is always right and not allowing me to leave with the food I paid for is appalling. I ended up wrapping the wings in a napkin and walked out. I had asked the manager if following this policy is worth pissing off a customer. You have now lost me and my friends and family that all live in the area. Hope it was worth following your policy.

Food was not exceptional, just ok. Overpriced. Service and food wait time were both slow, especially since that place was almost empty. It was 4 pm on a Monday. The green beans that were the vegetable side to my chicken dish and my partner's steak were deep-fried. Soggy and greasy vegetables kinda defeats the point of eating vegetables.
