Brewsters Brewing Company & Restaurant

Fantastic experience as usual. Food was perfectly prepared and the service was top notch. The waitress, I can’t remember her name but she had short blonde and black hair and a bunch of tattoos, was great, she was serving quite a few tables and still took amazing care of us. Will definitely be coming back for more! And it wasn’t even expensive compared to other restaurants of the same style.

The server was very knowledgeable about their beer selection. I had the blueberry ale which was good. I would recommend the pizza spring rolls for an appetizer and the maple bacon bison burger was also quite tasty. The room temperature was a little too cool for my liking, but there were not a lot of patrons so I am guessing it was set to a temperature that would accommodate the body heat of a packed room.

This Brewsters place is awesome!!! You should try the signature salad, wow I could eat 3 of those, I said way back months ago! Anyway all their food and drinks is amazing, you pay more but it's worth it. Especially in the bar area, the waitresses and the service is excellent. This review is long overdue. But here it finally is, thanks so much Brewsters in century park! I'll be back more in the summer again 😁🍹🥗🍔...
