Lamasco Bar & Grill

Went with my son for breakfast. Was pleasantly surprised to see my favorite bartender now working here!! Took a minute to get waited on, but they were pretty busy. My son and I ordered the same thing, the Breakfast Burger. The burger came with an egg and hash brown as toppings. We both enjoyed our meal; both our burgers were good.

Lamasco is a great venue. The food is affordable and tasty and they have a decent selection of beers. I haven't had a bad experience yet with the servers. They are attentive and provide a good level of service. The stage is set up perfect for the bands and you get some great sounds. I recommend going on a Soulful Sunday from 4-7pm to hear the Hog Maw band for some excellent blues/rock.

I’m sorry to give a negative review, but I literally have no choice. We came today to try breakfast. We were sitting for 20 minutes and were being completely ignored. I’m not unreasonable, I totally understand if you’re busy. But we weren’t acknowledged. After 15 mins of 2 different waitresses walking around avoiding eye contact, my boyfriend tried to stop one and put his hand up and said excuse me, she put her head down and walked away. We got up and left. I’ve heard the food is good and I wish I could have tried it. All of the tables had drinks, most didn’t have any food and the table near me that did have food was complaining that their order was wrong. Obviously there needs to be better training for staff. I’ll wait if you just give me a drink and ACKNOWLEDGE me. Being ignored is just so rude. I’ve never walked out of a restaurant before but it’s really awkward sitting there for 20 minutes and being completely ignored, even having someone pretend to not hear you and walk away. Sorry but this is not with the hassle.

Lamasco has always been a staple I visit when I’m looking for great music and a good evening spot with my girls. The bartenders are always friendly and the vibe is one that you’d want for a epic night on Franklin Street. I highly recommend this bar if you’re wanting to experience a little bit of history (bar has been around for decades) and a whole lotta fun.
