Applebee's On Pearl

Sadie is an awesome waitress... go visit her this Friday evening May 20th and get the Ribeye special for $19.99! It's amazing. West side of Evansville. We haven't had this good of customer service in a long time... Thank you, Sadie and thank you too the cooks for the delicious food. 😋 from the 4 single crazy ladies

Went to west side Applebees tonight and our waitress was what we would describe as “tweaking” she couldn’t even write down what we were trying to order. She kept scribbling the same word and couldn’t form sentences. Customers with different servers got there food over an hour before we did and our order wasn’t right. The store manager was made aware of our concerns and the other staff was also aware and tried to help but couldn’t. The manager never once came up to our table to talk to us. When we finally got our bill after several times of asking she couldn’t process that we wanted the checks split so finally had to pay for everyone’s stuff just so we could leave. This was truly horrific. They need a new manager and staff.

Absolutely wonderful experience tonight! Our waitress Madison, was super attentive, kept our drinks full, and kept us updated on our orders! The steak was cooked to perfection, and the All You Can Eat Shrimp, Chicken and Riblets were served with hot and fresh French fries every time! We had a very enjoyable experience here, as usual!!

The waitress was great but when the food comes out over seasoned and the other bland not much else the waitress can do. The drinks took forever (at least 20 min for a sour, basic margaritas and there wasn't that many people in the restaurant. We complained about the food which automatically should of been taken off our bill but it wasn't. I had to ask for it to be taken off, I didn't even want to take it home, and thats not like me. Applebee's has definitely gone down and I feel they just open a bag and throw in the microwave, not much "cooking" going on. I've been to another Applebee's location before and it wasn't great but this one put the coffin in for me. Maybe they should put more time and effort into the food/drinks and they will get back to where they use to be.
