Baskin-robbins

I have spent hundreds of dollars over the years at this location. Never had a had experience. Today we ordered 2 large milk shakes extra thick. We got them and they we like water. I asked for them to fix them. They did and when we got them back it was even worse. They refused to give us a refund and then threatened to call the cops. My 3 year old was with us and now she is saying that the cops are coming. Will not return. I hope 2 milk shakes were worth losing lifetime customers.

Paid over $10 for two, 2 scoop turtle sundaes. Each scoop was about the size of large walnuts. We laughed as we drove away from the drive through at how small they were. We asked for no cherry nor whipped cream. So...they must give a sample of ice cream, then load it with the whipped cream. I guess we are use to Coldstone.

So I go in last Thursday and I order a large Cherry Jubilee milkshake and this milkshake is incredible. It’s nice and bright pink and so thick that I almost had to eat it with a spoon, and it was served to me by this amazingly sweet lady probably in her late 30s early 40s. I go in today and order a small version of that same shake and this man in his 50s gives me this pale pink water down liquid that is almost the consistency of of water. Naturally, I asked him why it looks so different and describe to him the milkshake I got last week, and his answer was that Baskin Robbins has change the recipe and the way that they do milkshakes. I looked at him like he was crazy and asked for a refund and gave him the shake bag. Don’t waste your time or your money at Baskin-Robbins. It’s not worth it anyway, it’ll just make you fat and give you gas or worse.
