Mcdonald's

Dined in on a Thursday around 2pm. Ordered via the kiosk and took a number. Sat down at a table and waited. After 10 minutes, walked to the counter to go ahead and get ketchup, napkins and straws. Upon approaching the register I noticed at least 5 employees playing around by the check out. Two may have been on lunch, as they were getting a drink and informed the cashier the high c was out. The cashier reported it directly to a man in the back who gave him a "I'm gonna slap you" hand signal and they laughed. Never bothering to fix it. Waiting at the counter for at least five minutes before being asked by a worker who had just finished something else up, if I had already ordered. Waited another five minutes and order came out. Had to request the high c be filled since the first three staff who noticed didn't take action. It was then filled promptly, and I had to ask for the cups we needed. Then our order came up. Had to ask for condiments and finally got to sit down and eat. Not sure why it prompts you to pick a table tent with a number if they are just going to holler part of your order when they sit it down on the cash register table... Seem like an awful lot of people playing and wandering around and only saw three working. Food was delicious, fresh and priced comparable to other McDonald's. Wheelchair accessible parking, entrance, tables, bathrooms. Lighting was well, and dining area clean.

I was disappointed that Sprite was unavailable. The fountain in the dining area was broken. I reported it to the clerk. She just said it was broken. I didn't think of it at the time. But she might have offered to fill my cup using the fountain at the drive-up. Maybe that one was broken as well.

The frys was cold my burger was dry and tasted like it's been sitting for a while. My friend had the fish and was cold like it's been sitting on the table for a long time. None of my food was good. Little drain Flys was flying every where and almost landed in my food. I seen a mouse run from dining room to the kitchen. The dining room tables had food on them and food on the floor. This place is so short staff that it's getting run down by management.

We just moved offices, and this is close. 2 days in a row, 2 jacked up orders in a row. I paid extra to get only Mac sauce on a McDouble to get less than I would have gotten in a side cup. Idc how fast you are, if you can’t get an order right, you’re still not doing the job properly. Guess I’ll find somewhere else to go because I’m not going to continue to pay for food that isn’t even made properly.
