Domino's Pizza

Driver calls me only to tell me I have to come to him and get my order because they are short on drivers! That is NOT your customers problem! I paid my fees and TIPPED well! I live in an apartment complex with an ELEVATOR!! My door is 5 steps from the elevators! You are telling me he can’t walk to the elevator and bring my order to my DOOR!! I will NEVER order from you again! Pure laziness! If you can’t provide the services don’t advertise that you can!

If you want your pizza 3 hours after ordered and over 2 hours after it was cooked; this is the place! Hadn't ordered in almost a year bc it was almost 3 hours last year. After 4 calls and finally it got answered and was told after 50 min in quality check it would be another 1.5-2 hours before delivery. The closest to an apology I got was "it's been this way for a while." When I wanted to cancel my order they magically had a delivery driver who took 38 min to get it to my house 5 min away. Never again. I guess I'll try papa John's next time I want "quick pizza."

The driver of the white Toyota corolla is a pitiful person, if you don't tip him more then 3 dollars he will make you wait Hourss for your order. The staff at this location is unprofessional ignorant and believe they can treat people however they want for there faults. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and with dominos corporate headquarters. 9 standing behind the prep area line out the door with hours of waiting and they put this poor kid at the front counter to deal with the managers lack of ownership of issues and time management issues is a clear indicator on why you can't hire anyone but children. Point blank this manager shouldn't have his position he will give you 2 hour old pizza that were due to be delivered withing 40mins and then blame staff and store for his lack of caring. Despicable store location and franchise. Fair warning to steer clear of this dominos.

We live in a newer apartment complex that does not have all the roads on GPS location yet. I provided detailed instructions to call me so I can direct the driver. The store called me 45 minutes after placing an order to verify our address. After providing detailed instructions on where the apartment complex is located, the name of the complex, and identifying points of location for the driver, the worker on the phone provided zero options other than stating the address was not found in their system. They never once offered for us to switch our order to pickup and never gave any other solution to resolve this. I asked for them to cancel and refund our order if they were not going to present any other solution for us to receive the order we placed and paid for. I will never order from this location again after their lack of customer service for finding a solution. I guess one of the workers now gets to eat our order since they did not bother to verify there were no issues with our address before making and wasting their products.
