Michael's Grill

This place is the biggest scam..DO NOT order with an airlines voucher unless you inquire about all the hidden charges and you are really desperate to eat .My husband and I are at Comfort Suites DFW b/c of delayed flight..we were told we would be fed and given a room. We were given a 24.00 food voucher for the both of us. We ordered sirloin tip sandwich which states comes w/ cheese 7.99 just to find out they charged us extra for cheese, a Greek salad 5.99, Chef salad 8.99. We also received diet coke can and an iced tea. Our bill came to 36.00 which did not include a 1.00 delivery charge or the tip. NONE of these hidden charges were revealed when we ordered. The delivery person said they charge for to go containers also. Food was edible ..fast food would have been much better and cheaper. SAVE YOURSELF!!!!!!! I had to give decor a score but I did not visit--they delivered.

I gave it one start because the burger I ordered was pretty good. However the actual service was below poor. I called in to place a delivery order and the lady said the delivery guy was on a delivery to please call back. Then after looking at the online menu I had my heart set on a particular meal just to learn they never have served such a meal that I was looking at the wrong Michaels. Yeah ok. Avoid avoid avoid

We arrived in town after a six hour trip and just wanted a cold beer and some food. We walked in and no one greeted us. We had to pick up a to go menu and only then did the waitress tell us kitchen was closing. Not a hello. No customer service at all. I would rate the food but didnt get a chance to order due to the drunk falling off his chair. Please dont waste your time.

I ordered food and was told it would take 45 minutes to arrive. After waiting 50 minutes I called and was told it would be another 5-10 minutes. After 10 minutes I was told it would be there any minute. I asked for the manager, person told me manager was delivering. Then she called back and asked me not to tell her she said she was the manager. After another 5 minutes I cancelled the order. 10 minutes later the manager knocked on the door with the food and 10 different excuses, and would not comp the delivery after 70 minutes of waiting. Can't rate the food, I didn't eat it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

Went there for breakfast but didn't open till 11am. went back at 11:15 and server said it would be 20 minutes for grill to heat up. they don't get there before 11 to get everything ready for opening? we were walking as im a truck driver and this was the closest place so I stayed. asked for coffee and she said it's instant. came back for our order and she didn't know the difference between city ham and country ham, she said said it was cut really thin. fine asked about toast I said wheat. she said we only have white. why did you ask me then? apparently it doesn't come with the breakfast...it's extra!? I said no toast. breakfast comes and the hash browns are patties and the ham was deli ham. plus she brings me toast anyways lol. bill for mime and my sons breakfast was $23. I dont feel it was worth $10. I don't like McDonald's but that would have been better. walk an extra mile or so if you want a good meal and intelligent service...it will be worth the effort.

When I arrived the waitress was leaving, she went back in and gave me a table and a togo menu. I asked if there were any specials, she replyed by saying, look at the menu. I ordered grilled chicken cesear salad and coke . She turned in my order to cook and she left. The cook served the best salad and was an exelent server as well.

This is a scam, if you have an American Airlines baucher they will charge whatever they want, my recommendation don't call and order from them it is better to go to a McDonald's, even if you have a baucher. I will tell my experience to AA to see if they cancel their contract with this poor restaurant.
