This location seems understaffed and overwhelmed on weekends. Delivery is taking around an hour. Tonight, my order was very late and completely wrong. They remade the order, but still took more than 30 minutes. So almost 2 hours from the time we ordered. Store phone was always busy. When I finally got through, was immediately put on hold with not so much as a "hello". I hung up after 20 minutes. I remember when Domino's slogan was "30 minutes or it's free."

I usually order to be delivered but I was out so did an online order for pick up. As I watch the 3 employees prep my food, 1 worked the other 2 chit chatted and didn't do anything regarding pizza making. My time to pick up was a time frame. I went in a minute after the end of the time frame. I had to get them to pull my pizza off the rack as I watched it sit there for several minutes, I wasn't shown my pizzas when handed to me but when I got home to my surprise, the pizza on the rack was burnt and horrible. We always use this location, never had a problem but also never picked up. Guess I'll be delivering from now on, if we ever order from here again.

I was picking up my order here on June 3rd around 8:15. Tracker said my order was done but I waited about 5 minutes before I went in cause I know the tracker is not 100% accurate. When I went in I was told my order was coming out of the oven. Ok cool. I proceeded to wait at least 15 minutes without anyone offering to help or anything. I eventually went to counter to ask for my order which had probably been sitting there the whole time. Awful experience. Also apparently one of the delivery drivers hit someone's parked car and did not stop. The cars owner came up while I was there and confronted her about it and she said that the car hit her. She continued with that story until he showed her his ring camera video of he incident, then she wanted to exchange insurance info. This all happened within 20 minutes. I just wanted to get my pizza and leave

Ordered pizza. It never arrived. Tried reaching a person to speak to. Could not connect with a human. Very frustrating.
Oh, and the feedback mechanism on the website says to call the store. Why?

Absolutely chaotic atmosphere. Childish and immature employees. I've been a pizza customer for years. Last 2 orders worthless. Raw dough and sliced improperly. Placed orders online. No management evident. Buy your pizzs elsewhere. Not a good value. No Customer service

As you can see I’ve made several of calls to call this location. I was put on hold for about five minutes no one ever came to answer the phone I hung up and called back no one ever answered for the 3rd time calling. Afterwards someone finally answered and someone answered the phone yelling at me saying that he was a delivery driver & that he just walked back into the door so he doesn’t know what’s going on. I then told him that’s not my problem I just wanted to order a pizza…. After having this loud talking conversation with this “delivery driver” he then hangs up in my face and never answer the phone after that. I then came up to the store( #6927) and ask for the information for store #6927 that was given to me by manager Alex who did not issue an apology or tried to resolve my issues instead HE and also the other employees just smelled in my face and allow me to just walk out as a disappointed PAYING customer who always order from them. As a manager Alex needs to lose his job & the guy “delivery driver “ need to be fired!! This unacceptable.

Food took over an hour to arrive despite being less than a mile from the store , and when it did the order was wrong. Something I’d never eat if starving kinda wrong too. Repeated phone calls to report the incorrect order were greeted by hanging up. Is it possible to give this location a -5 star rating?

I usually order from this location and in the past they were great. The last 4 times I order my order has been wrong, either it be no toppings on items, completely wrong or mixed up combinations. the food arriving two hours after order time, cold and this last time missing items completely. I get places are understaffed I don't know if that's what's going on at this place, but they let you know on the app that they are checking your order before delivery. If they can't catch garlic dot that have no garlic on them or a pizza not being cut at all, are they really checking the order?
