Was listed as being open 24/7, went at around 10pm, and the lights were off. Noone in the drive through, but I did see 2-3 cars out front parked and empty. Couldn't see anyone inside. No notices about them closing early or changes in hours. Was unable to get food before going into work. Please please please at least post a piece a paper in the drive through window if you have to close. Just something, anything to let us know you're closed.

This is how a Jack in the Box should be run, the burgers are juicy with the correct amount of melty cheese. The fries were not overdone and the customer service was top notch.
The franchise owner at the Imbrie Drive location should take notes.

I ordered no cheese no tomato my sandwich had cheese on it we waited 2 mins and 19 seconds for the order taker to take our order we didn’t get change or receipt we won’t be coming back to this location ever

Ordered through drive thru. Ordered Loaded tiny tacos. When I got home to eat them they were not loaded. Disappointed. They also didn’t give me all the sauce I asked for so couldn’t even dip them in something.

Just stopped in real quick but a very nice staff. I needed directions and they were spot on.

The foods always been okay, but this is at least the third "chocolate" shake I've ordered thats turned out to be vanilla/chocolate swirl. I don't know if the equipment needs to be fixed or if the employees need to be trained/retrained, either way I hope they do it.

Burger was dry. Half the frys were over cooked. No inside seating. Only 2 workers so it took a while to get my low budget food

It's a Jack in the box. Sign on the door says take out only or drive through.. but the door was locked so you can't order take out. So drive through it is. This location has a tight drive through and the entrance to the drive through is at the same point as the entrance to the parking lot off a busy street. So it can cause a lot of traffic issues. Service was polite and correct in my order. All in all. It's an ok place..just kind of a pain to get an order in.
