I feel a bit ripped off at this branch. I always get the Deluxe Bento from various Sushi Sushi locations but this must be the thinnest sliced Sashimi ever.

Left waiting at counter while staff out back who could clearly see me kept talking and laughing amongst themselves. When she finally came to serve me she offered no apology just asked ‘what you want’ in a rude way. Live local, but won’t be coming back to this sushi sushi.

Got home today and didnt have soy, ginger or wasabi. Since when did we need to ask for the basics of sushi. I have also noticed this store has poor customer service. Please include the basic requirements of sushi, and dont try to give less soy, give what people want so they can enjoy.

Purchased $25 worth of hand rolls and threw most of them away. These were NOT FRESH. They were shriveled and rubbery, the wrapper and lettuce limp and they fell apart when you bit into them. Extremely disappointed. I took plenty of photos and sent off a complaint on the website and I am still waiting. I have often bought Sushi and hand rolls from these outlets and have NEVER had this happen before.
