Restaurant 415

What a great and easy place. The 415 burger was delicious as well as the 415 salad I wish there was just a few more shrimp. Location has easy access and a bike rack where you can lock up your bikes. I think we found the best time to go and will be going again at that time. No train sat outside enjoyed it perfectly. Interior was beautiful bathrooms were nice everything was easily accessible.

It has a beautiful sunny front patio as well as a more sheltered back patio with a huge water feature. I opted for the back patio as the front patio was near the train which can be loud. While on the back patio, A train passed and the ambiance was not lost. Plus they were playing Selena when I walked in so they get bonus points!

Great food with a nice atmosphere. This place is modern yet somehow also very comfortable. The menu is a lot of names you've seen before but the dishes themselves and the ingredient make up is what really sets this place apart. Many amazing food and flavor combinations. I would suggest the chicken and waffles as well as the bbq chicken quint bowl. Both are insane and insanely different. I would recommend going if you're debating. Also doesn't break the bank.

We had high hopes since this place was featured on DDD. Maybe they were having an off-night. We ordered the blackened cauliflower which was on DDD and it was way over salted. The rest of the dish was of high quality and the bitter greens with the polenta base was enjoyable but the cauliflower was just too salty. Our pizza was made with quality ingredients and cooked perfectly. It didn’t stand out as anything special, but was a nice dish and something you’d find at an artisan pizza restaurant and if you’re looking for pizza then this is a good spot. The service left a lot to desire, but I’ll chock it up to the fact that a group of 30 was taking most over their attention, which may also explain why their signature dish was disappointing. I’ll give this place another chance the next time I’m in Fort Collins and try a few more items from the menu.

Really enjoyed my meal at 415. I ordered the “415”, their house drink, and it exceeded expectations. Ginger and lime, it was really refreshing. I ordered the Seared Scottish Salmon and it was awesome! The lime quinoa mixed with the honey and maple on the salmon made an awesome sweet/sour taste to the fish, it was lite but had great flavor. Even the brussels sprouts was really good and complimented the other flavors well. Service was great; staff was pleasant, warm, and attentive. Will visit again for sure!

With all the glowing reviews, maybe my expectations were too high? It was okay. Nothing particularly special or outstanding. Nice. It wasn’t too busy when we were there, but when we returned a dirty fork, the waitress never brought another. No one complained about their meal, but no one said anything positive, either. Average, decent. Acceptable.
