I agree with another reviewer that the posted hours are not to be trusted. I have been there at 8:00am when it's posted to be open, and it's been closed every time. Good things I was not in a hurry or relying on them being open those times. The smoothies are good, and we enjoy them, I'm just disappointed in the integrity of the business hours.

Don't trust their posted hours at all. They close early and open late all the time. I started getting smoothies from here a couple years ago, and they were decent at first. They progressively got worse and worse as the employees stopped caring about the quality of the smoothies. Nowadays its more of a crunchy/chewy rather than a smoothie when certain employees are making it (from what I've experienced it's mostly the male employees). Doesn't help that they use frozen fruits rather than fresh fruit. Also pricing on their menu is very confusing since prices are generalized on the menu but each item has a specific price.

Was curious as to why they only had one person working given the long line, and the girl working said the owner wouldn’t allow them to have more than one person on the clock. She was clearly trying not to cry, and the shop was a mess. Obviously not blaming her seeing as it’s clearly not her fault, but it wasn’t a good experience as a customer, and what’s worse is to see the employees being treated like that for no reason. Not sure what the owner is thinking but it’s really messed up to put your workers through that.

Come in here pretty often in the late afternoon/early evening, since I workout at a nearby gym. There’s always at least two workers and they always seem to be keeping busy. But this time, there was only one girl working, there was a long line, and the shop was a disaster. I heard her telling another customer that they were only allowed to have one person working. That’s really messed up, and as a regular customer, I’m disappointed and confused.

Insane line with only one girl working. She was clearly barely holding it together and when I asked why she was alone she said the owner wouldn’t allow them to have more than one person on the clock. Really terrible to subject your employees to that, and it’s going to make them lose business. I mean the things there are good but it just seems unfair and you should either hire more people or let more people work at a time. It's really unfair to both the workers and customers to only let one person on at a time.

The staff was incredibly unwelcoming and the man working looked annoyed every time someone entered the store. He also touched his eye and nose several times while handling peoples orders. It took everything I had not to ask him to wash his hands before he poured my smoothie. Will not be back…

The smoothies and bowls are pretty good. I think maybe a little expensive compared to some of the other competitors around town but what they really need is a major update because it looks like a cafeteria from the '80s.
