Qdoba Mexican Grill

Went in specifically for salad with taco shell bowl. Waited 5 minutes with no one in front of me and 3 employees visible before anyone greeted me because they were fulfilling online orders. Soda Fountain machine was Out of Order. Did not realize until I got to my next location that the salad had no taco shell bowl.Took plastic fork out of wrapper and it was broken. Eleven bucks plus a $1 tip for this?

The worst order of food I've ever had! I arrived a few minutes past my order time and my order still wasn't ready and yet they had 5 people standing around doing nothing. Didn't even include half of the items I requested on my dishes, with one dish literally looking like a dog's dinner. The tacos completely fell apart, the nachos didn't even have any queso in them and the chips were stale. If you can't produce better food than this slop, just close your doors. You're so ready with the staffing excuse but can't deliver on the orders you have. My family will never be back to this location or this chain ever again. There are way too many places to go.

Overall...the food was the positive note. Everything else was ok to a little underwhelming. No line (arrived a little before lunch) but the one person behind the counter finished all her online orders before starting with me or calling anyone else to help. The tables were pretty gross so I ate towards the back of the restaurant at a small two person. The backdoor and rear windows were covered though in hand prints and dirt. The rear patio to the north has tables and chairs but none of them are set up - all stacked to the side. The women's restroom toilet was also leaking so massive puddle on the floor.

Order catering for a BIG Management meeting at work that was supposed to arrive at 12PM on the dot and was informed it would arrive by 12:09PM. The food was delivered well over 20 mins late even though it was ready at 11:50AM. The food was great but the Delivery service with Door Dash was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I would recommend Qdoba but I would NOT recommend Door Dash. If you need catering for Company events - best to go pick it up yourself rather then do delivery.

/Ordered 2 identical bowls price of 1 was half the price of the total for the two. Ordered 2 $2.15 (regular drinks) the price on the the receipt was 1 for $2.15 and two for 4.90. Is this new math or just a mis programmed Point of sale or a real Rip off? I know $0.60 is not a big deal unless they do it for every customer. I reccomend you get your receit and check the math!

Person working the counter was wanted to give me a coupon (good only at that location) for a free breakfast because their store are numbers are low. I told him that I drive my 3 other Qdobas before I would get to this one from home. He still insisted. I didn't not take. Advice. Telling me that your numbers are lower tells me something is wrong at the store. Food is usually the first suspect. I'll be going to one of the three other Qdobas on the way to my friend's home.
