Chipotle Mexican Grill

I hesitate to do this. I love Chipotle. I love it more than any burrito place. I love the food. All of it. I love the video of the little kid going, "OMG, I love Chipotle!" I even own Chipotle stock. But something's wrong at this location. I've ordered online from this location at least three times. Each time, my burrito bowl is barely half full. Same with my wife's. The portions are all out-of-whack. Very little rice, very little chicken, but there's about a quart of sour cream. The chicken is cut weirdly, too: large chunks, many of which aren't completely separated. There's nothing worse than cracking open that aluminum top and seeing a meek, limp little mound of food that looks like it was constructed in less than ten seconds. It makes me sad. A bowl should be full. Plump. Proud. With all that said, the online ordering experience is still great. They've gotten my order right each time, with a tortilla on the side and plasticware in the bag. And the food still tastes good. There's just a criminally tiny amount of it. I want to love this location. It's the closest one to my house. But (*Karen voice*) I may be exploring other options if things don't change.

I prefer the chipotle all the way over on timberline and harmony over this one. I only ever come to this one if I'm on a crunch for time. My bowl has only ever been half full at this one. I asked for more rice and beans because they aren't giving spoonfuls and my bowls end up so skimpy. I have gotten half done chips before from this location and just never get them anymore. The customer service has also been subpar most times I've been here. One of the few times I wanted a burrito, the girl left half of the contents out if it. I was bothered. I thought they got trained on rolling burritos here?! If you aren't in a rush, just go to the other location or qdoba because they're terrible here fr.

I love chipotle, and I never post reviews. Today my two burrito bowls were half full, about 50% guac, and the chips are burnt. Had to ask for extra rice and was still under the usual portion. Was hoping this would make for more than one meal... Worth a drive across town to a different location, or go to café mex down College. I'm so hungry, I wish I did.

I tried to explain I wanted one hard shell taco he proceeded to make three tacos instead when I told him I only wanted one taco he threw away all the other good chicken meat I am sorry I am very dissatisfied with food being thrown away knowing that many others couldn't very well I wish I can give this no stars I thought the customer service was pretty bad, I walked out so I did not dine in very dissatisfied with the service
