Nothing Bundt Cakes

You know I was honestly not expecting much when I went in to grab one of the small bundtlets. Bundt cakes are usually so dry. Anyhow I was entirely wrong. These were so good. I do not like chips in red velvet so I'm going to see if I can special order them without. The chocolate was super good too. Both were soo moist. The cream cheese frosting was not too sweet. Overall I was exceptionally pleased and glad to be so wrong. Oh and the service was great. I wandered in on my birthday but didn't tell them til after. They offered me a free little cake. I already had some so may go in tomorrow Edit: found out they cannot do special orders of that nature. So they always have to have chocolate chips in them cuz they make them in giant batches evidently.

Excellent customer service. I ordered online for my son for Valentines Day. When he didn’t receive them, I called the store directly. I spoke with Jill, the owner. She relayed that the called him and attempted to deliver twice with no success. She said she would be happy to make him a fresh batch if he could pick them up. After all their tries at teaching him, that was a great solution. Order was picked up and everyone was happy. Thank you Jill for going the extra mile. I would definitely order from you again… of course, first letting the dear son know that they are coming . Appreciate all your kindness.

Sadly this location has let me down. I bought two bundtlets one salted Carmel and one white chocolate raspberry. The Salted Carmel was too small. The White Chocolate Raspberry was ok size but the raspberry was only found on the bottom if barely any. I worked as head baker for the companies Las Vegas location so I know the quality standards they should be. These standards may have changed since but if so that’s a disappointment. The customer service was fast and friendly.

I have bought bunt cakes for 3 birthdays so far People seem to be more excited about Nothing Bunt cakes then cakes I have bought from other locations I have never had a dry bunt cake. I also like not having the entire cake frosted. I think their cakes are probably about the same price as a Whole Foods Chantilly cake. If you choose to decorate the cake with their decorations I think it is an extra $10. So that would make it more expensive then Whole Foods. I think if you want an extra little flag to write a message on that is extra also I did that for the first cake I bought but I’m okay with not spending extra. The little shop has always had 2 people greeting you when you walk in and asking you to take a sample If you happen to need a cake on Sunday plan ahead because they are closed all day Sunday.

We used Nothing Bundt Cakes for our Wedding. We had a 8" on top of a 10" bundt cake and bundtinis. Our guests still rave about the cake. John and Jill were great to work with. They helped us during the tasting to make sure we got to try all the flavors we were considering. They even gave great tips on how much is needed per person and how to pick the right variety. We had a friend pick up the cake and take it to our venue. The food was packaged perfectly and the cakes held up on their hour long car ride. They made sure to seal the gluten free bundtinis, so there was no worry about cross contamination.
