Silver Mine Subs

The food is usually good, but the delivery just ruins it. It's typically slow, but tonight was a new low. After waiting an hour after ordering, I finally called to check what was going on (and I hate being that person). The girl on the phone was nice, but said the sub should be heading out "soon." Really, after an hour, it's not even on its way? It took more than 30 minutes after that call to get the food, by which time I didn't even want it. 90+ minutes for a sandwich? They apparently only had one driver. I understand that, it happens. But please! Call your customers to let them know, instead of just having them wait around, eventually having to call you, the store, to figure out what's going on. Disappointing service. I won't be ordering again.

Easily the most disgusting food I've had in a long time. The kid who took my order was perfectly nice. The kid who delivered it was prompt and professional. But the food is sickening. We ordered the (cold) Silver City and the (warm) Buffalo Stampede. Both were room temperature, floppy, wilted and totally flavorless. The ranch dressing was sickly sweet for some reason and they can't even be bothered to make potato salad in house. It came in a pre-packaged cup with a foil seal and tasted like it was half sugar. I will never order from this place again. We couldn't even finish the food. I feel sick to my stomach. This company needs a major overhaul. Barf.

Our last three orders have been drastically botched. Things like sending out ham instead of turkey, etc. Not bringing drinks, and they take FOREVER to deliver. Then when you call, the kid "manager" is rude and defensive. Definitely awful, and you're much better off ordering from Jimmy John's or Cheba Hut, both of which have higher quality food and much better service.

After calling to inquire about an order for delivery that is already an hour late, i was rudely interrupted throughout the call and talked down to for just asking the status of my order. I like to think im reasonable, and if the situation was explained properly i wouldve been understanding. However, being heckled for politely asking a question, then being told it will be another 2-3 hours with no explanation (at 2 in the morning, after already waiting an hour, when we live 2 miles from the location) is just ridiculous. I dont mean for this to be a rude and nonconstructive complaint, but i am understandably upset. The location i ordered from was the campus west location in fort collins, colorado. I would highly recommend training your staff to operate under pressure, as im sure a calm, non-escalated customer is one who shouldnt be hard to deal with over the phone. A valued customer is more than just a couple of subs. A valued customer is one who will return multiple times, recommend to their friends and family, leave positive and reaffirming reviews, etc. We did not feel valued, and as such, you can expect us to not return with our business, and to actively let people know just how valued your customers are.

BOMB. This place has excellent, excellent service. Ten orders in and all have been correct. I literally put my sub down tonight to write this review because of speed. I thought I was out to a 45-60min wait but I put an episode of family guy on and before it was over, I'm chowing down. On a friday night? Unheard of. Thanks guys
