Subway

I placed an order online for a sandwich at this shop. The sandwich wasn’t made correctly. I looked at the ticket and mentioned to the guy that I didn’t order certain vegetables and he didn’t say a word. So I took my sandwich and left. Got home and picked off the vegetables I didn’t order. Vegetables I ordered were missing. I will say that the sandwich was fresh. Not the best experience for an online order though.

Food was great as usual, and service was fast. I am very concerned, however, that the person preparing the sandwiches during lunch hours wears a face shield but not a mask. I am not comfortable having the preparer breath over all my sandwich fixings and such, so I will not be returning to this location.

I’ve been to this location quite a few times since it’s close to my house. I’ve been very impressed each time I visit this store. Dane is always so friendly with each and every customer he comes into contact with. A regular had walked in after me and he was already getting her order going for her, now that’s what you call customer service! Other staff members are just as awesome!

I typically expect a dry, unfriendly experience at Subway, but keep going because my kids love it. We've been to Subways all over the country with the same experience. Not this store!! WOW. Go in for a simple sandwich and thoroughly enjoy the friendliness, enthusiasm, and helpfulness of Dane and Christy. What an excellent team!!
